The ideal stroller alternative for twins!

We have had our Veer cruiser for over a year now (got it when our twin girls turned 18 months.) Having been through the seasons in New England, I have to say we are extremely pleased! It rolls smoothly, easy to maneuver and super simple to clean. I recommend it to everyone I know with more than one child, but particularly for twins because it can be used to make everything from shopping to a day at the park or beach easier!

So many design flaws

We've had a normal running stroller, but as our eldest approached the terrible 3's (aka think's he's too old for a stroller), I thought this would be a great alternative that would be "fun" for him, and still let us take 2 kids on walks to school or walks with the dogs around the neighborhood. I repent of that decision. Using this has been awful. I will explain a few things that I detest: - The tires are hard plastic, with no shocks, so it is extremely bumpy for old sidewalks and our gravel, caliche alleys. My child constantly complained of the bumps. I searched for a while for replacement options, but any "maybes" looked to be $50+ for an already pricy wagon. I wish they had used inflatable tires like on the jogging strollers. - the handle length adjusts, but it constantly slips. I get it to a comfortable length, but the first hill slides it all the way out. - the cup holder should be called a cup dumper. It is hard to reach, especially when the handlebar slips to a different length, and with the bumpiness it ends up launching a cup EVERY. SINGLE.WALK. - the handlebar width is too narrow. Walking forwards and pushing it is awkward, but f you are pulling the wagon very long, then you don't want to walk backwards holding both handles. The most ergonomic way to propel the wagon would be to stand on either side of the "T" of the handle and push with the cart behind you. Unfortunately, the handle is so short that your heels will collide with the cart unless you stand to the side. This would be fine if the handlebar was about a hand-width wider. The handlebar isn't wider than the wagon and has a hard lip, so you end up needing to stand to the side of the handlebar and reaching over with the lip of the handlebar end digging into your palm. - The black plastic burns my kid. Without the extra canopy, the entire stroller heats up really fast. I must use a towel to keep my kid from burning his legs and warn him not to touch the tray. - the fenders are not load bearing. The rear wheels have plastic fenders placed in what looks like the ideal spot to be a step to climb into the stroller. My three year old is light, so he hasn't broken one yet, but they don't look like they would handle a bigger kid using it as a step. - The turn radius is really wide. Several of the intersections in our neighborhood have ADA ramps. If we are crossing the street and need to make that 90 degree turn using both ramps, then the stroller has trouble making the turn. I can see why some people give this a good review. It feels like it is made to last (other than the fenders), but if you walk more than a loop around a (paved) block or back and forth from the beach to your car a few hundred feet away, then I would not at all recommend this.

Great... Until it broke

After debate over spending so much on a wagon, I decided to go ahead and pay for quality. I loved it for about 2 years of light use. I even recommended it to strangers who asked about it. But eventually I noticed cracks in the welding near the front wheels which quickly got worse. Now the wagon is almost unusable and veer won't do anything because it is no longer under warranty. I really regret buying this thing that I'll now have to try to fix with gorilla glue or throw on the trash!

Mom's Magic Wagon

This wagon was a gift for my older sister, as her 2 kids were outgrowing their stroller. "The sturdy, Veer Wagon holds my 1.5 and 3 year olds. We have been able to go for great walks in the snow, rain, and sunshine. The wagon is easily pushed or pulled and has great range over lots of surfaces (grass, beach sand, etc.). It also gives great breeze under the retractable sun canopy (sold separately, $59.00). Accessories are a must with this wagon, so be prepared to spend another $200 for the following items. The foldable rear basket ($79.00) is easy to click on the back of the wagon and has a great net to zip everything closed. We use it every time we go out. It's a great spot for a portable sound dock to go! The snack tray (included w/ purchase of stroller wagon) provides space for two cups and a divider in said tray for snacks. The BEST part is that it's easily cleaned. There are also multiple cup holders (also included) for parents and mama needs her Diet Coke! We also have the comfort seats which are great when we are out for hours (zoo, beach, etc.) and my children have been able to nap in them. Using this stroller made it possible for me to travel cross country with two young children by using it to carry my children, a pack and play, a diaper bag, and a cooler in and out of hotels for 4 days. This wagon is magic! Overall, we love the wagon and are constantly asked by other parents where we purchased it. It's the Gucci of wagons."

Great product, missing pieces

I love the wagon, however it did not come with the cup holders and snack tray as listed. It also had a few scratches on the frame that were covered up with black marker. :(

Amazing and Useful

We like this more than any stroller; the kids love it too. Our boys are two years apart and we use it constantly. Once our youngest turned six months; it is the only stroller we have used. We have also travelled with it internationally using the travel bag. When you take the wheels off it fits through the TSA scanner and then we gate check it before getting on the plane. So easy to cart the kids through the airport on this. It is very sturdy and well built and folds flat so it is easy to handle. It fits easily in the trunk of a compact car with more room to spare. No regrets on this purchase.

Best stroller purchase

Was skeptical on buying due to price, but glad we got this. Made traveling with two kids and a pregnant wife east. So far this stroller wagon ahas been on 4 flights, 1cruise, 4 countries, mountains, ocean. Only regret is not getting one sooner. Seems to be holding up well to all elements.

Solid built wagon with some drawbacks

This is no doubt a solid wagon. The build quality is out of question. It feels like it will handle rough terrain, and years of abuse. The only down side of this wagon is the packed away size. If you just get the wagon by itself, you will be fine. But most of people would also get bunch of accessories like me. Basket, sun shade, table, sleeping system, car seat adapter, eventually not only you will spend almost $1000 to get what a regular stroller would do, you also end of with so many random pieces everywhere in your garage. They don’t just self contain inside the wagon when you put it away in your trunk. Not even the table that comes with the wagon. You have to disassemble everything before putting it in the trunk. Or vice versa, when you take it out of your car trunk, you will have to reinstall everything, the table, the basket, the sun shade etc. it is quiet annoying when compare to regular stroller, you just unfold then everything is ready to go.

Awesome!

This is exactly what we’ve been looking for! Simplicity of a wagon with lots of features that make it perfect for use as a stroller. I was shocked how well-built this thing is - metal frame, sturdy wheels, durable fabric. They didn’t cut corners when they designed. It also comes essentially fully assembled - just attach the wheels and accessories.
