Nice but not toasty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll rate it as 4, overall the jacket is really good, the color, the DWR and the wind protection are top, yet the insulation is not, some of the baffles are pretty much empty, specially in the back, on the hood one of the baffles is literally empty (you can see it with a light behind that shows how the other baffles are ok and one is empty), I assume if all the baffles were compliant it would be a much more toasty jacket. overall I would recomend it, even with the flaws I use it comfortably up to 29° F with a heavy base layer.

Great Insulated Jacket for Moderately Cold Weather

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this jacket, my only regret is that I didn't have it earlier in the year! I'm 6'2" and 165 lbs (i.e. tall and lanky haha) and ordered a medium. It does a great job of keeping me warm on cool mornings, and seems to do a great job at keeping the wind out. It seems moderately good at repelling water, but seems it may start to soak in if it sits too long. My one complaint is that there were many hanging threads all over the jacket from its construction, which takes away from its appeal. However, I was able to burn them, so now it looks more tidy and put together. Overall, this jacket is awesome, and fits me incredibly well. I'm excited to use it for some upcoming backpacking trips!

Not as warm as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a jacket for below zero Minnesota winters so I was looking for a lightweight jacket for 20-30 degree days to replace my crappy Northface jacket and vest combo. I ordered this Columbia Titanium, Sherpa Kailash, and a Stoic Hooded from Backcountry to see which would work best. The fit of all the jackets were good and very similar, but the Sherpa and Columbia were not as warm as the Stoic. The quality seemed good but I felt like I would need another layer underneath to stay warm. Not what I was looking to do so I will be returning the Jacket.

Good jacket but...

Pros: My jacket arrived today! Jacket is very lightweight and warm. Haven't really tested it outside. Beautiful design(aside from logos). No down fathers coming out of it is always a plus. Cons: Runs somewhat slim. The problem I'm having is the stitching under the armpit is so thick you feel it right away unless you choose a bigger size than jacket might not sit well. I think this is a major design flaw for such pricey jacket! Not a fan of all the logos especially the one on the back. I wish they were stitched.

Men’s Snow Country Hooded Jacket - OK for mild winters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best hooded jacket for mild winters. Very light and felt pretty warm in 25 degree weather ( with mild winds ). You'll need to be sufficiently layered if you plan to take a walk /jog in sub 20 degree weather. This is NOT for extreme cold / wind chills ( like the polar vortex a couple of weeks ago). The internal titanium layer very silvery; which ruins the style of the jacket. It gives an impression that the inside is coated with an aluminium foil !! 3 Stars for Warmth /Style/ Quality.

Great jacket! Better than expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Is this a great jacket. It is very warm and lightweight. The Omni Heat 3D is amazing. Very little movement and you feel the warmth coming on. Kinda like being in a sleeping bag. Cuffs on sleeves are nice. Inside zippered breast pocket for cell phone is a plus. Outter pockets have a cloth liner to keep your hands warm. The inside is fully lined and the Omni Heat 3D liner goes down both sleeves. Hood fits good and you notice right away the heat coming up around your neck. Good length with a draw string in both sides. Very happy with my purchase. I chose this jacket over a North Face and a Pantagonia in the same style. Good zipper with a 1” storm flap to keep out the wind. Maybe we will get some snow in Texas this year and I can really try it out! Check one out if you get the chance!

Warmth Without Bulk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves this jacket. I bought it for him two years ago. The outside of the jacket and inside lining have held up well. He truthfully gets hot and has to unzip the jacket or take it off all together. Don’t underestimate the tech. The logos, however, came off in the washing machine at some point. Not that I care so much about logos, but they shouldn’t peel off.

Lightweight and warm but a little noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very excited to receive this jacket as the 3D Omni-Heat was intriguing. Upon receipt of the size medium I knew that I would have to change up to a Large as it ran a bit smaller than I was anticipating. The jacket does make a distinct and noticeable sound when wearing as an outer jacket. Looking forward to receiving the Large in order to provide more feedback.

This product exceeds my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi there, I am very satisfied and happy with the product that I have purchased. The only thing I could say is that price could be little bit less than I paid for. When I review your website I saw similar products almost half price. I am sure that they have different futures, quality and function but still when I look at it they all look the same. best
