Soft and Warm

These pants are super soft on the inside and durable on the outside. I was looking for comfortable, warm pants when I bought them and they almost fit the bill perfectly. My only complaint - something I find with most outdoors-related pants - is that they seem to be cut for stick figures. I am 5'5" and around 125 lbs, so I am not overweight by any means, but I am pear-shaped. These pants are quite tight in the butt and thighs. I decided to keep them in the hopes that they would stretch out with time and they have a tiny bit, but I'd still prefer a bit more room in those areas to be completely satisfied.

NO POCKETS!?!??

Solid warm winter technical pant, but wish it had pockets. The Men's version has 5 HUGE pockets. Somehow womens-wear always gets overlooked in the design. There is one tiny pocket on the side of the leg, which can barely hold my phone. The integrated belt helps the overall fit but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make these more functional, like the men's Yumalinos. We sell these at my local climbing shop and the mens yumalino always sells out. I always have the customers try the Men's Yumalinos when they realize there are no pockets on the womens pant, and they like the men's better because it has a higher rise...and Pockets. Did I mention we need pockets?!?! :)

Unbelievably nice!

So glad I got these, especially since long sizes are so tricky to find. The inner fleece is incredibly soft, comfortable, and warming and I love the green color I got. So far I've only used them for hunting but they will be great for xc skiing too and I'll try them out climbing outside this weekend. I like how soft the outer fabric is, but I'd suggest to MH making the material a bit tougher and more resistant to abrasions, etc. Unfortunately, I've already put a couple of small holes in them while stepping over barbed wire fence and barely getting snagged.... I feel like almost any other pant from MH I have wouldn't be ripped so easily. I'd get the black pair too if they weren't out, so I'm seriously considering getting the joggers. I'm 5'8" 135lbs and a size 6 long is perfect and not too snug at all, in fact I'm glad the belt is there to tighten them a bit.

My New Favorite Cool Weather Pants

I purchased these for an Iceland trip where I needed warmth, rain resistance and comfort. These did not disappoint. I came home and ordered two more pairs to keep me warm in the Minnesota winters and damp cool springs/falls. I did size down for the second purchase, I am 5'7" 170 LB and sit between a 12 and 14 and the 12 fits better). The fleece on the inside is so comfortable and cozy, and they stretch nicely when squatting or sitting. We had high winds with light rain and I stayed warm and dry with no rain pants. I hope they add black to the color collection for next season.

Comfy, flexible pants

I am someone who runs pretty cold and so these pants have been my saviour in winters. I don't wear them for any activity except light hikes but I live in them otherwise. They are warm AND stretchable which is my favourite feature because I have big legs. I use these for travelling as well as they don't get too warm or look bulky. The fit is flattering and that's coming from someone who does not opt for skin hugging clothing usually. The material is durable. I have been using mine for a year and a half and there's very little lint that is present in some parts

Ski, hike, snowshoe and snooze in these cuddly pants.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These pants are extremely snuggly - so much so that they will take you from the ski hill back to the couch for a post exercise nap. The fleece inside is so soft and just like the rest of the MHW pants that I've tried, the fit is perfect. My singular qualm about them? No useful pockets! There is a zippered butt pocket, but I have never found these types of pockets to be particularly usable. I'm guessing that MHW cut pockets from the design of these guys to save weight (they weigh just 6.1 oz,) or because they might be intended as a midlayer. Either reason is good, but I still find myself missing having pockets on the front of my pants; despite this, I still really love my Yumalinas and I thoroughly recommend them. The dark tannin colour is fabulous!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have just about worn these guys out - I have worn them everyday through the cooler months in the fall and spring for a few years now. They are perfect. Fleece lining inside and wonderful soft stretchy water resistant and wind proof outer shell has kept me dry and cozy during walks and birding excursions. I can’t recommend them enough. I did size up because I want them a little loose and I add long underwear at times for the coldest days (but not cold enough for snow pants). Love the inseam option. Excellent pants.

Nice, warm pants

I really love how comfortable these pants are. The lining is very soft and warm for chilly days outdoors. The side pocket is plenty large enough, but I do wish there was just one more pocket somewhere, either a back pocket or typical front pockets. This is the only reason I gave these pants a 4 start rating. Otherwise, really happy (and warm!) with these. I would recommend them for sure. I am in Michigan, USA.

Great except long does not fit long.

Great pants but there is inconsistency with inseam length. I ordered long in the Yumalina based on my original long Dynama pants that are perfection. The Yumalina long measures 32” and the Dynama long is just shy of 34”. The 34” is a better length for me at 5’ 10”. I don’t understand the lack of consistency in length.
