Too Small
I am a womens size 8 consistently. Unfortunately I feel these run at least 1/2 size too small. I love the lightweight simple design and overall look and style. They do have removable insoles that can be replaced for more support. The boot is roomy as far as width and height. However be sure to size at least 1/2 size up as the front of my foot hit the front of the boot without even putting any weight into the shoe. Sadly they didn't have the next size up for me to try.
Light but runs a bit small
I normally wear a 7 1/2 but with whole sizes, I always size up to 8 and 8 fit with good poly hiking sock. I did add my Dr Schools ladies inserts which made the boot much more supportive. I also changed out tacky looking red & white laces for navy laces on blue boots. Much better.
