Down - but not the marshmallow man
Yes , I recommend this product
I like it- down, but not the puffy I'm climbing Everest next week. Seems to run a bit small. I'm a 44 chest- ended up going with the XL. L just a bit too snug. Prob good down to 20 degrees or so with a sweater underneath. (I'm from MN) Needs an inside pocket.
