Getting Good Results
More than a year ago, while skiing, a snowboarder ran into me at high speed. There was quite a bit of damage to my left leg. Using this roller, I'm making headway in releasing holding patterns from the injury. A few times, I've been able to feel a release during or after using the roller. I use it a few minutes per day. Among the variety of massage rollers on display at REI, this is the only one that was specific for myofascial release.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. This works well for undoing some of the knots. Before AM Yoga or just before bed, spreads out on this roller and relax your body.
