[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Columbia clothing articles with Omnishield that have performed very well in wet weather. This light weight jacket is perfect for warm weather rainy events. exterior pockets are fairly roomy and the draw string on the bottom hem of the jacket aids in keeping rain out in windy conditions. The small interior chest pocket is okay for storing a cell phone or wallet. It would be nice to have another interior pocket. The hood stows away nicely so the jacket can be worn as an all around. Sizing is for an active fit. I'm 5'10" and 165 pounds and a large is the right size for me. Normally I wear a medium. So, you may consider going up one size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a colorful rain jacket with a hood and zipper pockets. I’ve always been more a Columbia guy vs North Face. This jacket is great for Spring showers and windy days. The pockets are large with zippers. I highly recommend. I’m 5’8, 215, and the large fits closely, no room for layering but shouldn’t need layering in the Spring.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned numerous Columbia jackets, and tend toward the heavier weather (OMNI-Heat and the like), with the removable liners. I've been consistently disappointed with the water repellent properties of those jackets, so I bought this jacket in hopes that it would truly, seriously shed rainwater here in the Seattle winter and spring. This jacket absolutely fits the bill. It sheds water ridiculously well, and while it isn't really a warm jacket, it's the perfect shell for me, keeps me dry when I need it and great folded/rolled size for when I don't. Awesome shell.
Nice quality rain jacket. The sizes run small than usual. I normally wear size S but this one did not fit me. Had to return for size M.
It was too small for being a Medium, (in the chest) but a Large most likely would've had too long of sleeves. (?)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have gotten a few rain jackets from Columbia but this is by far the best for the price. More Pockets than their other rain jackets, inside chest, two zip up pockets outside, hoodie that can be tucked away and the jacket is packable when you don't need to use it. Got a size larger because I like to layer for the colder days. As for water reflecting....Awesome! This is a perfect "GO-TO" jacket when I am out fishing! Easy, small, packable and keeps you dry when you need it to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a similar Columbia jacket that gave out. Off the bat, this one is a little more snug than the old one was, but not so much that it sized me out of it. Venting works well; I was warm but not sweltering dodging rain in an Alabama summer. The only concern I have is that once packed into the pocket, the liner is the exposed portion of the jacket, and given its mesh nature, it will be easy to snag it on something.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found this gem for way less than half the price. Very good quality got it on sale and used bonus points to get it even a little bit cheaper. I love the Columbia brand, this adds to my wardrobe of Columbia products. I could not miss out on this deal as I very much was in need of a windbreaker jacket that can all repel the rain.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was true to the side and had a very comfortable fit. I wore it during heavy rainfall and it worked perfectly to ward the rain water from getting to my shirt and waist without using an umbrella. The fold out hood came in clutch as well and did not blow away with light wind. It is a great fit for a comfy product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is great. I wish they had something in a tall size, I got a 2xl and it was a little small and a little short. The hood all rolled up is a little bulky but when you take it out of the roll its fine. Would recommend this for the se price to anyone. Wouldn't pay full price for it though.
