A blast to ride
I bought this puppy about two weeks ago and haven't looked back. The bike is exactly as advertised-fun, grippy, fast, agile, stable, and easy to throw around. I have taken the bike to a single track trail and found it to be very fast. I also went downhill with some gnarly swithback with drops and if I had the skill I wouldn't have fallen off a few times (novice hardtail) but I could tell the bike was stable. I found this bike to be more manageable than other hardtail 27.5 plus bikes. However, this bike is not a full suspension, so it is faster, rides over pumps divets aggressively, and not as soft a landing. If the bike holds up after year warranty, I'll keep it around and keep the 5 star rating. So, the only test left is durability. But if you wait around for that you might be saying good bye S, L, and XL since the medium is sold out and I'm having difficulties finding a medium online. Have fun, be safe, be nice, and learn some tricks. I hope to see other people's review!
Love this bike
I ride all different kind of trails. Fat bikes 29ers and now 27.5 plus. The Cujo is a blast to ride. Haven't put it down. It's a pleasure to ride. Thank you Josh from Rei described the bike on its performance and what to expect out of it.
SEND ITTTTT
this thing rips. Only gripe is the low bb. I have been clipping more rocks/log overs then I ever have, but you get used to the clearance pretty quick. That aside, the 27.5+ tires make it way easier to hit lines that are maybe a little too sketchy and is a great platform to build some skills. On a graduate student budget w/ 365 day return policy this is a safe investment to up your game!
