Rated 2 out of 5 by from VLT is greater than it seems Listed with Visible Light Transmission @ 15%, but I just took them outside on a sunny day and stared at a white wall and a chrome gas grill...very bright, far more than I'd have thought, with plenty of glare. What's gone wrong? (Returning.)

With a black lense, how do theses goggles perform in various conditions, like full sun, cloudy, and foggy/low definition. This season at Whiteface Mountain, during a foggy/snowing day, I was skiing by braille, will these work in that condition?

Asked by: Miker13
These goggles have a very dark lens with a Visible Light Transmission of only 15%. In low light conditions they would be very hard to see though well enough to ski at speed.
