Items purchased on the REI Outlet website have the same return policy as items on REI.com. Return items to REI by mail or at any REI store. 

REI Co-op Members, you get an extended window to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. With a few exceptions, you get one full year from your purchase date to return the item for a replacement or refund. Exclusions apply.

REI Co-op Members get free U.S. standard shipping—no minimum order required. All other customers get free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. Exclusions apply.

Nope. REI Outlet is online only. However, you can return items purchased from REI Outlet to any REI store or by mail.
