Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements.
SHORT: Some pants are available in short sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 2.5 inches shorter than regular sizes.
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Nice fleece but the listed weight is false
This is a nice fleece, it's a bit thicker than my Patagonia Micro-Ds which are *actually* 8oz. The problem is that unlike the listed weight of the Patagonia version, this one is substantially heavier than advertised. It's 12 ounces - 50% heavier than listed. REI would do well to take the extra 2 minutes when listing new store brand products and weigh out the various sizes and post actual weights. "About 8 ounces" is a pretty worthless measurement when the margin of error is a whopping 50%. I'm keeping the fleece but it won't be going on any multi-day backpacking trips as I'd originally hoped...
Good deal, but....
Love the look, price and the idea designed by REI employees. Only problem is fit. I am a little under 6' and 185 lbs and the large would be a perfect fit if the sleeves and tail (bottom) were an inch longer.
Best Fleece I have owned
Bought two, then another. Great under layer, thermal+fleece+shell jacket kept me warm while skiing in sub 20 degree weather. I'm 5'9" 145lbs and the small fits perfect.
Good quality fleece
This fleece fits great. I'm 5'7" 150 and the small fits me perfect. Material is soft and warm, thanks REI!
Good deal people
Got this Fleece a few months ago and wanted to use it a few times before reviewing the item. It's a decent deal for the price...especially when on sale. Unlike some folks who just seem to be expecting too much for what they are getting I'm very happy with this REI brand pullover for what I got it for....
