Perfect if you need to hoist yourself up mountains

I got stuck in a bucket and only had my black diamond Yosemite hammer on me. I did what anyone else would do and started climbing up a mountain to get to space. I was very impressed by the sturdy yet springy nature of the hammer, I cant tell you how many times ive tried to to pull myself up a bucket and had the hammers of competing brands split in 2! For anyone looking to get over it I highly suggest this marvel of engineering.

Good hammer but older version

Bought the hammer thinking it was the one in the picture, and it wasn't, they sent me an older version and wrongly described. Id say false advertisement. Still same function , but the newer version is what I paid for and has oil to reduce shock. Also the tie at the bottom is already fraying and going to tear down the road on the wall. The whole needs to be sanded. Making a return.

Classic and Durable

I've had this hammer for 9-10 years. It's been used for nailing, heading, cleaning, and hand drilling. Sometimes my hand slides around on the handle a little while wearing gloves.

Best hammer out there, I use it for route development primarily. It'll outlast me for sure. The first and last hammer you'll need for climbing.
