New bikes go through a normal break-in period, after which they should be readjusted. All electric bicycles sold at REI include free adjustments for the defined period (one year after purchase date for non-members, or two years for REI Co-op Members)—as many times as you need. Included: derailleur and brake adjustments, lateral wheel truing, hub and headset bearing adjustments, tire inflation, chain lubrication and e-bike firmware updates. How we measure bikes
- Standover Height Standover Height is a measurement from the ground to the top of the top tube, measured at the midpoint of the top tube.
- Reach Reach is the horizontal distance from the center of the cranks to the center of the head tube, measured at head tube level.
- Stack Stack is the vertical distance from the center of the cranks to the center of the head tube, measured to the top of the head tube.
- Effective Top Tube Effective top tube is the distance from the center of the head tube to the center of the seat tube/seat post, measured parallel to the ground.
- Seat Tube Center to Top Seat Tube length is the measurement of the seat tube, from the center of the cranks to the top of the seat tube.
- Head Tube Length Head Tube Length is measured from the bottom to the top of the head tube.
- Head Tube Angle Head Tube Angle is the acute angle between the head tube and the ground (measured towards the rear of the bike)
- Seat Tube Angle Seat Tube Angle is the acute angle between the seat tube and the ground (measured towards the rear of the bike).

Fantastic Workhorse
I bought this bike about three months ago and have used it daily as my primary source of transportation since then. It’s extremely comfortable, reliable, the motor is plenty strong, the battery last me around 70 miles per charge. It isn’t a perfect bike. The built in headlight leaves a lot to be desired. And if you try to crank the motor way up to a high setting very quickly the bike seems to get confused and shut off, but that seems like it might be a built in safety feature. Despite its minor flaws here and there, it’s still easily the best bike I have ever owned.
Grate on the trails but bad craftsmanship as
Brought my neo electric bike in because it power three times was told they could not duplicate the problem to just pick it up until it happened again last time I was 25 miles from camp and could not just ride back lucky I pulled out the battery and reinstalled it and the bike started working again looks like I am going to return the bike and get a different brand as no I am not going to go through this again thought this company was a good name and brand took two years to save to buy these bikes bought two it was my girlfriend bike that broke I expected to much for some company like REI to take care of me I was wrong
Great bike when it works
I loved this bike at first. However it quickly went to cr*p. It would randomly quit pedal assist and with the 65lb bike it wasn't easy getting along the trail. I took it to REI and it has been there a month still waiting on parts.... Going to trade it in
