Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated.
CHEST: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap around your body until your fingers meet and mark the measurement.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline—right above your hips. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.
HIPS: With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips to ensure you'll have enough room to move comfortably.
TALL sizes: All tall sizes are 2 inches longer than regular sizes.

Why!!
I’ll never understand why companies change a good thing. So our shirts are comfortable, yes. Our shirts have great reviews, yes. Our shirts are made with a durable material and last, yes. Our shirts are almost always sold out, yes. Ok well let’s change everything! This new design is terrible. The neck hole is way to big, the material is thinner and now they have added an extra seam right across the middle of the back. I could handle even buying the shirts more often because I’m sure the newer material won’t last as long and I could probably get used to the seam across the back. The neck though. I can’t get used to the neck. It’s so stretched out feeling. If I wanted a huge open neck I would get a v neck. So disappointed, something I depended on and loved is now garbage.

The size table is accurate. The True Fit suggested M, but I've checked the size table and ordered L and it's perfect. The color is also awesome: bright and warm, bring some colors to the surroundings)

I recently lost 37 pounds due to health issues and decided to keep it off since I am about the same weight I was when I was 18 and a competitive gymnast. One hundred and eighty-three pounds seems a better weight for me at 73 than 220 was, so I bought 6 of these in a large since I formerly wore x-large.
Nice shirts but get the fit right
Shirt size Medium, I wear an XL in this, I have 41.5" chest. It's compression I like the form fitting of the shirt for yoga class, biking, hiking. Unless you specifically need a compression shirt for a specific task(powerlifting, etc) I would suggest going 2 sizes up. You''ll barely be able to fit into your regular size and it will always feel tight and pulling on you until you take it off, again that is what it is designed to do in order to aid you in specific movements. If you want it to be form fitting and comfortable go 2 sizes up. I've worn these for 20 plus years.
