Best Pants for Cold Winter Days
I am so pleased with these pants! They are exactly what I was looking for. They are lightweight but incredibly warm. I wore these for the first time hiking when the temps dropped to 9F with a wind chill of -13F and I was toasty warm and comfortable. They even stayed dry in light, blowing snow. I've also worn them for many early morning dog walks in frigid temps and they are great for that too. As for the fit, the length is perfect and the rise is comfortable. I'm 5'4", 113 lbs. and kind of straight through the waist/hips. The size S works with or without long johns underneath. For me there is no extra room in the waist and the hips are very roomy.

This is absolutely one of the BEST purchases I've made regarding technical gear! So light, stretchy, warm, and breathable. It was very hard to find stretchy but warm snow pants. I also love the HUGE, deep pockets. My big iPhone fits comfortably in the pockets and doesn't bother my legs when I am hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowmachining, etc. These pants are a must-have winter gear to enjoy the winter outdoors in Alaska.

Winter Must Have
These pants are incredibly warm and comfy. My mom asked if they were like snow pants, and I said just as warm but lighter and more comfy. I wear them comfortably all day.
