terrible shoulder straps not worth price
camelbak are my favorite packs I have and use 3 and over the years have gotten 5 others for family. This looked to be an upgrade to the HAWG i have now. overall the design of pack is great except 3 major flaws - no padding for shoulder straps - was instantly uncomfortable once i filled the water bladder. - no mess or way to just stuff anything without unzipping. i get it it’s for biking so better to keep all closed up. BUT the pack can be used when not on bike - no place to put water bottles in side. - yes it’s a hydration pack but it’s expensive so why can’t i use it for other things adding side pockets for water makes it a great day pack too returned it until i can find a good pack went back to my 20 yo camelbak hawg for riding
