Bought a 2022 "new" helmet in 2025.
Purchased this helmet April 2025, the manufacture date is March 2022, so this helmet has been sitting for 3 years. And the GIRO website recommends replacing a helmet every 3-5 years. So technically I am already at the limit without even having worn it or I only have two years to wear it.
Great casual helmet
Surprisingly good fit for my oddly shaped head. I have a hard time finding helmets that fit comfortably. Took a chance on this because of the casual look and low price. A cycling cap will not fit underneath it, but the visor is an adequate substitute. I wish it sat a bit lower on my head, but I have that problem with most helmets.
