BATHING SUIT DEFECTED. METAL CORRODES

I have two Andie’s swim suits that I loved. The Almafi was purchased last season and the strap recently broke. When I inspected the suit I found that the metal rings and adjustables are corroding. I compared this to my new Andie Swim suit (Laguna) purchases in March 2025 and I see that the ring on the left strap is beginning to corrode as well. I contacted Andie’s and they are replacing my Laguna but let me know that since my purchase for the Almafi was over a year ago they can only give me 20% off a new suit. Their product is damaged. I have bathing suits that have zero corroding on the metal rings that I have worn for several years. There are so many new companies that offer the same shape/design as Andie’s. I will no longer buy from this company and I hope I can prevent someone else from having the same issues. Very Dissappointing!

Love this suit but the metal is corroding after 1 month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I abolsolutely love the cut of this suit. As someone with an apron belly, I was a bit nervous about the cheeky cut but it worked perfectly on me and was a great balance of coverage while still being youthful. Unfortunately after only wearing it a few times to the beach, the metal on the straps started seriously corroding and now looks quite bad. I would always rinse off in fresh water after getting out of the ocean and then give the suit a thorough wash when I got home. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this suit. I really thought I found the one :( Highly recommend to anyone swimming in fresh water though!

LOVED...at first

I LOVED the fit & color of this red swimsuit. Looked & felt amazing when it was new but sadly after less than a year of owning this suit & living in North Dakota (read, short summers & little time in a swim suit) my cherry red began to really fade. I’ve mostly only used this suit in lakes while wearing a wide brimmed sun hat so I can’t say it’s from over sun exposure or swimming in chlorinated pools. Overall, for the price I’d expect it to stand up longer. The photo of the inside represents the original color better as that faded more unevenly as opposed to the outside which did fade evenly.

Love this suit

I purchased both the black flat in a small long torso and the medium, flat white . The flat white did not come in long torso at the time so I had to go with the medium, which in hindsight might be the size I need. I also purchased the tulum in small long torso in the red and it’s a tossup between these two suits as to which is my favorite. The Tulum is a little tighter in the chest area and I wish I had tried the medium. For reference I am 127 pounds 5‘,4” and a 32 D chest. I do have a long torso. In similar suits from other companies. I usually take an eight or maybe even at 10 just because it doesn’t always make it up to my chest. I bought these suits two years ago and they wore very well, they are thick and not see-through, and they do a pretty decent job of covering my butt. I am 66 years old and do not obviously feel comfortable in a two-piece any longer. These suits are young and not matronly. They are comfortable to wear while making me feel sexy at the same time.

Doesn’t Quite Live Up To The Hype

After reading a ton of reviews, I talked myself into the Amalfi in white. I don’t regret the purchase (especially since I used a coupon), but for the price and particularly at full price, the suit is nothing special. I do not find myself reaching for it more frequently than other suits in my drawer that cost significantly less.PROS* Double-lined compressive fabric (a minimum expectation for a white suit!)* Flattering cut* Back coverage is as advertised and does not ride upCONS* When worn, the removable pads are very visible through the outer fabric, so is the under-bust band. * On me, the suit is so low cut at the top that you need a significant amount of confidence to wear it. This may be a fit issue as the under bust band sits south of where I need it to. I have never needed a long torso fit in any piece of clothing before (and typically wear petite tops and pants), so I’m not sure why this is happening.* After just a few ~1 hour to 90 minute wears and following the care instructions to the letter, the stitching on both straps is fraying. This is the biggest disappointment about the suit. I just don’t believe the quality is where it needs to be for the price.I don’t know that I’d purchase another, but I certainly would not pay full price.

Fit is so off with this style

I've noticed the underbust shelves in some of these suits run pretty small, and the suits run long. So I can't even say the suit runs small or big. Why have a long torso and not a short torso option? As someone who's DD+ the medium was way too small in the chest, my boobs could not fit in the shelf without spilling out. I have a short torso and small bottom so otherwise the medium would have fit perfectly. I then exchanged for a large. The bust support was somewhat better, but the bottoms were sagging on me so bad. It fit as if I ordered a long torso suit. I don't understand the sizing difference between styles because my malibu suit in medium fits me perfectly. I'm really hoping I can exchange for a different style...the tulum would probably suit my body next best.

Disappointed :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cut of this bathing suit is nice but I was super disappointed with the quality based on the price and the good reviews. The cups are flimsy and get bunched up and pushed out of place every time the suit is pulled up or down. This can very obviously be seen through the thin suit and is annoying to have to constantly be fixing. When I received mine the seam on the shoulder already seemed to be coming apart and after only maybe 4 wears it's already pilling. I would not recommend it based on the poor quality.

FAIR; BUT NOT ALL THAT

Bought two suits, Amalfi and Ibiza. Am 52 athletic build and wanted to love for lap swimming, active one piece suits. The shelf bra in both is awful...with removable cups that simply will not stay put, unnatural shape as well. The lining would not lay flat, with straps rolling in back. Quality of material is lousy(more see-thru w/Ibiza). Ultimately, only kept the Amalfi because its one redeeming quality, add'l backside opt'l coverage.

Amalfi! Best suit ever!

I’m 5’7”, 135lbs. I wear Medium, Cheeky (in black)I snorkel several times/week & this suit is fantastic! Perfect under a long-sleeved rashguard. Still comfy after a full day on the beach & keeping up with the kiddos. I have several colors. Only wish is that we’d have more colors in cheeky cut!
