Excellent for long days on your feet

With stress fractures in my heel and with a recommendation from my podiatrist, I got the Glycerin 22 SE’s. I am on my feet for hours between work and running. They are very snug, but I like that personally. Others may want to size up a half size, I like the security of the sturdiness they provide. The heel cup is deep and it takes the stress of my feet instantly. They are very light weight, so they definitely will benefit anyone who puts lots of miles on daily.

Comfy

I got these primarily for walking shoes and they are very comfortable. However, the heel tab comes up a little higher than my laced glycerins, and I find I have to wear taller socks or it's a little irritating. Hopefully when they break in fully that won't be an issue. I haven't tried for running but I'm a casual runner, and they seem snug enough that they would work. I almost didn't buy these because of the limited colors (I got the light one in the end and I do like it a little better in person). Overall, I love having a quick slip on option that is so comfortable. More colors please!

The shoe style and fit is perfect. I’ve wore this pair of shoes only a week and the top of the shoes already has a hole in them. I work in a skilled nursing facility which shouldn’t have caused this issue to happen this quickly.

A great shoe when you only have one arm to use.

With a planned surgery on my elbow and wrist, I was looking for a pair of sneakers that I could step into and still get my power walk or running done in as I progress in my recovery without needing to deal with laces. I tried on several brands and many models of step in shoes and could not find anything that felt good walking or running in. While you can’t step into these, they are pretty easy to get on with just one hand and absolutely fantastic for walking and running. They are not the most visually appealing shoes, hence the four stars.

While I'm a little sad these aren't available in a GTS version, they've been serving me well for both walking and running for the last few weeks. I've put about 100 miles on them so far and the fit is still secure enough for easy-moderate running. The toe box is a little snug compared to other Brooks shoes in the same size, but I think that's by design to ensure a secure fit. I haven't had issues with rubbing, blisters, or slipping. Normally I wear Adrenaline GTS and Hyperion GTS shoes.

I wanted to love them so bad

Love the sleek look and lightweight feel, but after one wear they killed the back of my feet! So strange, considering that the insides are padded like skechers are in the back. I couldn't wait to peel them off and send them back! For reference, my go to Brooks have been the Glycerin StealthFit. I wanted to love these, but these were the most uncomfortable pair of Brooks I have ever purchased.

True Love

Like walking/running on a cloud. There is so much support in this lightweight shoe. I am a super busy individual with a million things on my brain. No shoelaces means I can purge the 'how to tie your laces' knowledge and make room in the old knowledge vault for a new talent. I love these shoes so much I am re-writing my will to ensure they inherit my estate. That's true love right there.

I’m absolutely in love with this shoe. I prefer laceless as it just has less pressure points compared to traditional lace-ups. I have tried every brand and this is by far my favorite. I have used them for 3 weeks now, running at least three miles a day and even doing 7 plus mile runs and they have been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend them! Please make more colors!!!!

Good but room for improvement

I love the slip on (no shoelaces) feature of the SE. I have been wearing the Glycerin for years. The only thing I don't like is at the top of my foot where the pull tab is, it rubs uncomfortably. I do hope they keep this style but maybe think about using a different material for the upper part of the shoe because I don't think it will hold up well over time.

Great look

I loved the Brooks Glycerin 20 and 21, so I decided my next pair would be these. Super sharp looking and love there are no laces. However, after an hour on my feet these really started to hurt my feet, specifically my left pinky toe. I had to take the shoes off just to drive, they hurt my feet so bad. Very disappointed because they are so expensive.
