Ok-good for extra pair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would call this pair mid-range Ear phones. The sound is better than dept store ear buds, however they are not on par with the more expensive headphones- mainly due to sound quality. The sound is some muffled- not clear bass or voice range. Strengths - they stay in my ear, and block room /background noise out. I use them at my desk for work-primary usage. I will wear them when outdoors- due to they grip around ear 👂 in comfortable way.
Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. This might be caused by the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. Try connecting the earbuds to other source devices. You may also reset it by turning on both earbuds and not charging, tapping two times, and holding the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If these steps don't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
Wow, Wow, and Wow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very rare day when I try a new product and get blown away right out of the box! Let me explain why. Being an active part time muscian for over 40 years and being an audio nut when introduce to same back in the 60's, I am a audio snob. If it dosen't rock my socks and provide the clarity to make my ears dance I quickly move on. My ultimate test was playing all sorts of music from head banging, big band, and everything in between. What I got was an experience that was surprising and satisfying on all levels. Highs, mids and bass were expertly engineer to provide a very pleasing balance. Plus the comfort was terrific after two plus hours I forgot that they were on my head. JBL B.T. connection has proven to be fast and reliable and these are no exception. Phone calls were clear on both sides. They do leak sound, but not something I care about unless I am in public venue. JBL hit this one at of the ball park. Sound quality, easy p z connection, and ultimate portability, sign me up!

I was a little apprehensive at first, but after using them for the last couple weeks, they have one me over. The sound quality is really good with all the highs and lows that you would want.
Comfortable and Great Sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are another great pair of headphones from JBL! The sound is of great quality for anything I used them for from music, podcasts, and phone calls. Using them for calls is great because I can have a clear, crisp conversation with my hands-free. However, perhaps the best feature of these headphones is how comfortable they are. I love the open ear design of these. Sometimes when I have headphones in too long they start to hurt my ears, but that is not the case with these since they do not actually stick into your ears. I wore them for almost my entire 8 hour-work day without any discomfort. The over ear design also makes them very versatile headphones. They have been great for workouts and walks without having to constantly adjust as is the case with many other headphones. On top of all that, the battery life is superb! To summarize, the great sound quality, unbeatable comfort, ability to use these headphones for any activity, and long battery life makes these a truly elite pair of headphones!
The new best way to listen to music
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I feel like these are a wish come true for me. I exercise a lot at the gym and am always worried about people saying something to me without me hearing. With these I never have to worry about that. I can clearly hear my music AND most of what’s around me as if my speaker is sitting right next to me. I often worry about my earbuds falling off when doing more intense exercises, and they thought of this too! There is a detachable wire to hold them into place around the back of your head. It is easy to use and fits nicely. I do wish that this was adjustable and was able to store with the case. The case for these earbuds is larger than you might expect, but still fits nicely in your pocket. It has a nice weight to it and functions very well. The only thing that could go wrong here is the lid braking since it feels pretty thin. These function very intuitively from the usage down to opening the box. Honestly, if these show up to your house damaged, something crazy must have happened because they are insanely protected. JBL never disappoints me, but this product surprised me. It’s a new and amazing way to listen to your high quality music!!
Open Air Concert

I say that because headphones, earbuds, wired or wireless are my, how do I say, my forte' These feel like an open air concert, similar to open air over the ear headphones of very, very high quality. There is so much to be said but, I will tell you the two best things about these truly wireless JBL SOUNDGEAR SENSE. The way JBL/Harmon engineerd these is completely new to me! Now remember I said headphones are my thing. Ive tried over 100 and kept about 30 pair in my entire collection. The SOUNDGEAR SENSE provide those exciting highs and lush sub bass notes in such a creative way. They are ready to the real world. There is a method to all of these amazing ideas. Its fascinating! These larger ear buds are all there. The comfort is all there. Especially for me, and you for all these reasons. You have the sound quality and fit as a great approach bordering on or actually being bone conducting buds! They dont sit over or in your ear, they transmit so beautifully. Its all there. Everything transmits wirelessly wirhout missing a beat. Thats the second reason. They are perfect for outside activities. Yes, fun in the sun mountain biking while listening to my favorite mix, without artificial ambiant control, its naturally a sweeter sound. Being that these are truly wireless, I can hear whats going on around me just enough to be safe! I can play all day with SOUNGEAR SENSE. The importance of knowing whats going on around you is no joke! So here we have both requests answered. Outstanding audio performance whilst allowing awareness of the surroundings. These never existed and I am honored to use and own them. They are that good! Remember, other people may hear your fav tracks too as the characteristics of the build. Yes, I absolutely love the concept, executed perfectly. I only wish I found them sooner.
I finally have around the ear audio with QUALITY!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these out since I was never a big fan of ear buds. I had always used earphone that were either studio monitor headphone or, when being active, small earphones that hooked around your ears. (WAS JBL reading my mind??) So I now have these around the ear audio buds that are wireless and have AMAZING JBL audio. The drivers are these are quite large and are able to provide plenty of bass without stuffing something into your ear canal - and I truly appreciate that. It has always been one of my biggest gripes with traditional earbuds. But these sit outside of your ear canal and provide the audio quality you expect from JBL. This does allow for ambient sound awareness at all times which is fine for me at all times except when using power equipment. At those time I will continue to use noise cancelling products, but these earphones are a big winner for me!! And really, the amount of bass that is present is exceptional! I don't know how they do it, I'm just glad they did!! The case is larger than any earbud case I have had before, but that is expected since the ear phones are also larger. I have yet to really even get close to full discharge on either the ear phones or the case. My assumption is that battery life is longer on both since they have more space for batteries. It definitely outlasts my previous since I go to charge out of habit and the status bar glows at me saying "Really?? Give me a workout!!" These do come with a band that affix the the end of each ear loop and go around the back of your neck. This is a great accessory for extra strenuous activity that might cause the ear phones to dislodge. Just an extra bit of security that I appreciate. And f course, there is a JBL app that you can download that lets you customize the sound of your earphones. In the app, you can pick a predetermine equalizer setting, or adjust to your own liking. You can also change the 'gesture" settings to whatever you are used to, adjust balance, and even set a power off time for the phones. I really only have two complaints and these are really nitpicky. Neither one affects these ear phones at all. 1) The length of the charging cable provided could be a few inches longer. I don't know if it's just my house, but whenever using a JBL plug, the cases are kind of dangling in air. Just a few more inches would allow it to sit flat on my counter top. 2) The provided band that connects to the ear phones have to travel on their own. There is no way to attach the band to the case when traveling to keep thing together. At the same time, I do not have a better solution for this either, so I don't blame JBL for providing the nice bonus of the head band. Again, neither of these complaints detracts from this fabulous setup and I am extremely pleased with this product!!
Light As a Feather & Absolutely Astounding Sounds

I love how easy and comfortable to wear without compromising the sound quality. I wore them jogging and decided to wear the additional band that came with them and you would never know their on. Also comes with an adoring charging case that very slim and easily fits anywhere. In my opinion they are the bees knees. I have to highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work JBL.
Great Earphone for working on the go
I have been using this product for about a month now. I am quite happy with the performance of these headphones. I often use this while going to work or traveling to talk to relatives and friends. Earlier I used to have the issue with background noise being too overwhelming but with this headphone, I don't have any issue at all. since these earphones are not plug-in type, my ears don't pain even after continuously listening to music. Also due to the behind-the-ear support, I don't have to worry about losing them while exercising or running around. The headphones come in a nice black casing which is also made of pretty good quality material. The quality of sound is another thing that has impressed me, even with noncontact types, I get to enjoy the music while also being aware of the surroundings without losing any quality in the music sound. Due to this, i have even started using them for work on the go.

I like these earphones specially the design,and the fact that i am aware of my surroundings also they are comfortable.
