[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 shoes! They provide incredible support and stability, making them perfect for everything from long runs to casual walks. The cushioning is plush without feeling overly soft, giving me a smooth, comfortable stride every time. The GuideRails system is a game-changer, keeping my feet aligned and preventing any wobble, which is great for someone like me who needs extra stability. Not only are they functional, but they also look great—I’ve gotten so many compliments! If you’re looking for a supportive, reliable, and stylish running shoe, the Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 is the way to go. Highly recommend!
This is the worst Brooks shoe I’ve ever worn. My feet are in so much pain whereas the 21s fit perfectly. I don’t get why shoe companies constantly change their product. It makes it difficult for runners in the middle of a training cycle to have to completely change their shoe line up. They say these are stability shoes but I think they just wrote GTS on them and said good enough. They are not supportive or responsive at all and are extremely narrow compared to the 21s. I had preordered these from my local store and waited to test them out until I retired a pair and now I’m out of the return window and stuck with a useless pair of shoes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could tell these shoes were different from the moment I put them on. From the outside they are aesthetically pleasing, the colors are subtle yet poppy and fun. When I laced them up I noticed the tongue of the shoe, the part that goes on top of your foot that the laces go over, it’s incredibly padded. This is such a thoughtful feature! After running and cross training in these shoes I can say the arch support and footbed are like a dream. I usually get some numbness in my pinky toe on one foot when I wear running shoes but with these I didn’t! I’m not sure if it’s the footbed or if it’s the padding on the tongue but they’re doing something right! Get these!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glycerin CTS 22 sneakers felt great from the 1st time I put them on. I love the light weight of them and the wide top box and heal box. I have a narrow foot so at 1st I thought they would be to wide but was pleasantly surprised. I've run in them and my feet did not go numb (which happens to me a lot when breaking in new sneakers). I've also used them for walking on the treadmill & been in a hurry to get somewhere and they look great with leggings & jeans!! The only. thing I'd change is to get them in black. White is great for the summer but running outside in New England In the winter can get pretty messy.
“These shoes are a total game-changer. The addition of the air cushion makes a huge difference — even as a heavier runner, I feel like I’m flying. The support is incredible, and I’ve noticed a major reduction in joint pain and fatigue after my runs. They absorb impact beautifully, making each stride feel lighter and smoother. I’ve tried a lot of shoes over the years, but these are hands down the most comfortable and performance-boosting pair I’ve ever worn. If you’re looking for that perfect blend of comfort, support, and bounce — especially if you’re carrying extra weight — these are 100% worth it.”
At the recommendation of a man who works in a local run shop, I allowed myself to be swayed away from my Brooks loyalty to another brand after 9 years. They felt good in the store, and for the first few miles. Then kicked in ankle pain, and knee pain, and hip pain, and back pain. Ordered these to see if it was the shoe, one run in them and ALL of those aches and pains VANISHED. Never leaving this brand again. The Glycerin 22s specifically are such a comfortable run from foot strike to toe off and everything between, I feel stable and like i’m getting a good rebound from them. Brooks for life!!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about running and walking on two fluffy clouds! I am by no means an Olympic runner but even with a nice workout and a jog around the neighborhood, look no further. These shoes are extremely light on your feet and breathable so your feet aren’t smothering in damp heat. The shape of them are very convenient with high support and sturdy soles and a small lift at the point to give you an extra boost. The fabric is soft and they seem easy to clean (although I haven’t quite dirtied them yet). They are a bit on the bulky side design wise but fear not, they are still stylish and perfect for the gym. I love how light they are with no added weight to your feet. These are now my go to gym shoes.
Surprisingly more comfortable than I thought. No having to break them in if you are wearing socks that come over your ankles. I ordered the wide, only downside I've found is that my toes feel a bit cramped on the sides but maybe they will wear into being a comfortable fit. Other than that good shoes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good looking shoes, though they are not in the minimal style of runners I usually wear. They are the larger appearing and somewhat 'bulky' looking shoes, though are not overly heavy. The pluses of these are I feel like for the wet months here, where I am outdoors going over slippery leaves on top of the road surface, these feel stable. I purchase normal width shoes-though my feet are ever so slightly wide, it is not a problem with the right brand/shoe.These were just slightly tight on the sides of my feet, and may break in over time. They are comfortable for wearing on errands around town and walking places. 4.25 out of 5 stars.
I love the cushioning and support which enhance my running. When you have comfortable and supportive shoes, you're more likely to enjoy running and stay motivated to continue your training.
