Almost Perfect - Curvy/Short Girl Problems
I love almost everything about this bib! The color, the attention to detail, the pockets, it’s all very well thought out. I’m 5’5” and these seemed a little long - still a little scrunchy with boots on but I’m on the shorter side so I’m not too surprised. But not a dealbreaker. However, I’m curvy and I when they say slim, they mean it. I’m approx. 175 I carry most of my weight in my hips/thighs and normally wear a size 8 in American Eagle jeans. I tried the large on but they were slightly snug in my upper thighs. I ended up sizing up to the XL just for my thighs, but they’re baggy in the stomach area. I also have a short torso so the XL is either too loose in the shoulders with the strap completely tightened or a little baggy in the crotch. Still debating if Im keeping or returning, but I do really love these pants (mostly)!
Great match for my needs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are long enough for my 33" inseam, have a side zipper for my hips to get situated before we head out into the cold, have great pocket access, and the insulation is perfect for snow blowing, snow sitting, snow socializing and snow skiing. The straps are comfy, stretchy and I still have room to loosen them in case I get taller. Perhaps the only downside between picking a L vs XL in these is that I don't have as much room to layer tops or bottoms under the bibs. For reference: I'm 5'9" 185#. My regular pant size is 10 Long (Old Navy) and my shirt size is men's medium. I generally do a lot of snow sitting and playing, so coverage, stretch and length were all important factors for me.
I am so far very
I am so far very happy with these bibs. If you spend a lot of time sitting I’d maybe go for something with higher waterproof protection but for the occasional tumbles and sitting long enough to strap in, they do great ! Initially I ordered this and the Women's Geode Thermagraph Bib (higher waterproof protection). I decided on the Magic because I like the less baggy fit. I am 5’7’’ 130 pounds and went for small as the model was 5’8’’ wearing small. I would be happy if they were a tiny bit longer but they cover the boots well…just a preference on the look I guess. But the size width is perfect so I didn’t want to go up to a M. Recommend if you dont like the extra bulk ! Comfy on the slopes!
Great product, worth it, tons of compliments
Very warm, color is fantastic matches the jacket perfectly.
Okay.
They’re okay. I wish they were a tad bit more fitted around the knees. I just look very bulky since I’m only 5’2 130 pounds. The XS the crouch would be way too far up my bits. Just a bit awkward how they’re cut. Kind of a bit let down :( maybe they’ll grow on me. Who knows. I definitely love the headphone hole on chest pocket. They def feel like they’ll be warm too! Fit is just weird on the smaller gals
Great bib
I love the sage/cypress green color and the subtle diamond print! I am 5'6" 130 lbs. and exchanged for the small after originally purchasing the medium. The medium had too much extra fabric at the waist/rear. The small fits great with room to spare for this to still be a very comfortable, stylish alternative to more constricting ski pants. I love all the pockets and optional vents for powder days
Slim in hips, wish sizes
Slim in hips, wish sizes would accommodate someone who is thicker in the hips without a necessarily large stomach. Thigh measurements would be helpful in sizing decisions. Pockets are great, but more would be helpful. Pocket per dollar is real. Packing of the pants was wonderful who knew snow pants could come in such a flat package.
686 bib
This bib is great, compared to others I have worn in the past this one is very warm, is has amazing water proofing. The bib fits true to size, it has a lot of pockets. If your in the market for a new bib for the year I would 100% recommend this one. The way it’s designed keeps the bib out of your bindings aswell. I love it.
Great all around performance bib
I bought these for my girlfriend, she is 5’1” and size small fits great. They are little long but with her ski boots the length works perfect. She had to adjust the suspenders to the smallest setting to so there is plenty of adjustability. Overall she loves the fit and look.
I love these Bibs! They
I love these Bibs! They fit great, are comfy while skiing and are really cute. I may just have to buy another pair. I bought black but would also love a fun color like Goblin Blue or Dusty Orchid to wear with my Mantra jacket!
