Amazing pants!! Where they they been all of my life?! I wear these while out hiking in cold northern weather. They are good on their own and also work well as a base layer under shell-type pants. I also wear them around town. I got them to wear while hiking Kilimanjaro and they did not disappoint. They are super comfortable (not itchy), resist odors, wash well and after 6 months still look new. Very well made. Others have mentioned the lack of drawstring but that is something that I prefer. I've had no issues with the waist...they are fitted but have just enough give. Again, lots of washes and the waist is not sagging at all. Length is just right for me, for reference I am 5'6". Would not wear these in summer as they would be too warm.

I received these tights as a gift to replace my well worn and loved old pair. The tights are lovely, well made, comfortable, but completely useless as running tights. NO DRAW STRING AT THE WAIST. My old pair have a sturdy drawstring. The description states the tights are fitted to conform to the contours of the body. Well when one is running, there are few ‘contours’ that will keep these tights up without a drawstring. I live in an arctic climate and also often wear a base layer under the tights. Sadly I have worn these already as I wanted to love them and thought maybe they would fit well enough to stay up. Well they didn’t and not even 1/2 mile into my run they had slid down which is very uncomfortable. BRING BACK THE DRAWSTRING and these will once again be the perfect winter running tights. I received the same size as my old pair, am in between sizes but also add base layers so wear a small rather than XS.

Stretched out in 3 gentle washes

Though I like The tights, after three washings they had stretched out so much in the waist I had to buy waist elastic and sew it in. No drawstrings to compensate and they were falling off. Design flaw that is significant. Now they are greay

Saggy

While I really want to love these, I don't. There is no drawstring at the waistband and the elastic around waist is not adequate. Anyone who wears leggings knows that a weak waistband equals saggy leggings.

Too short

I ordered XL which has an advertised inseam of 33. It definitely is much short than this. I am just under 5'9. These were at least 2 inches up from my ankle. Need something that is full length in cold weather. If you don't need tall length, I think these would be a good choice.

Really nice

I like that panel in the front, hoping that will help cut the wind. I also like all the pockets. A very nice weight. Fits great too.

Superior Winter Tight

The tight I have been looking for. Fleece lined; merino wool on the outside; zipper on the legs. When paired with log underwear, it will keep you warm at all winter temperatures.

Comfortable for larger bodies

Bought these pants for a winter trip to the Grand Canyon. They did a great job blocking out the wind, keeping my legs warm in cool evening weather and not too warm in daytime sun. The waist fit well for me, they stayed up while hiking and climbing. Very comfortable for larger size bodies.

Product 1st Impression

Slightly long for me. Could also do away with the reflective stripes on lower parts of the legs. Otherwise, I like the feel. Will test wind proof and warmth features in Ireland and update if feasible.
