Great Length Coat
I just got this jacket today so I haven’t worn it yet. It’s beautiful, and I love the length and weight. I’m a little fluffy, so the waist length fitted coats don’t work for me. My only complaint is that the sleeves are very long and come down to my fingertips. I don’t think I can go down a size for shorter sleeves because it fits everywhere else. So I think the sleeves are just generously long, which I don’t love, but I think won’t bother me enough to return it because of the overall design. I also wish it had inside pockets at the waist like many coats used to. It has an inside breast pocket, though, which is nice.
Great jacket!
I love this jacket! I was worried it would be bulky and unflattering but it is completely opposite. Fabric is soft and lightweight… the fit is flattering and a great length.
Very versatile coat
I do love this coat. I love the fit. I can wear my irish knit sweater underneath if I want without feeling bound up. The coat is usually warm enough with just a t-shirt and thin sweater for my brisk dog walks in 30-40º weather. Anything less than that, and a heavier layer would be needed. I do need to wear a neck gaiter if I'm going to zip up all the way otherwise the stiffness of the collar would be uncomfortable under my chin. For reference, I have the coat in SM. I'm mid 60's, 5'3", 125 lbs.
Wanted to love
Medium was too tight and I’m swimming in the large, which had extremely long sleeves. Wish Patagonia would account for women’s chests.

Great jacket
Great puff jacket, perfect length and medium warmth. It works great as single layer or with multiple layers for increased warmth. Took it to Montana for xmas, wore with only a Patagonia sweater under it and felt very warm. I bought a large which is my usual size in Patagonia so I can layer underneath. I have broad shoulders, 38C 29 waist, 5'8".
Lovely autumnal color for the fall and winter
Nice lightweight coat, perfect for the winter months and a great color. I wish Patagonia made petite products because I’m 5’ 1” and it could be shorter
Great Jacket GREAT Customer Service
I gave this jacket as a Christmas gift to a friend. I was given the Nano Puff a year ago and have absolutely loved having it. It's super light, perfect to throw on when it's a bit chilly, but not cold enough for a regular winter jacket, but, then, when it's really cold, it's the perfect under jacket. Because I've loved it so much I wanted to give it, or something like it to my friend, but she tends to wear bulkier inside clothes, and a slim fitting jacket like the Nano Puff isn't really what she needs. When I found this Pine Bank Insulated Parka, which is looser fitting, longer, and touch warmer, but still feather light (and elegant looking) it seemed absolutely perfect. AND, the customer service was amazing. When tracking showed a delivery date over 3 weeks later than promised, I called customer service. In response they overnighted a new jacket, and sent a return label for the original jacket if/when it ever shows up - all at no charge. I was amazed, and thoroughly delighted. The jacket just came, and my friend will have it through this sudden cold snap. What a rare and delightful experience! Great jacket and great customer service!
