Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated.

Low Crotch, Not Soft
Everything others say is true! The crotch looks like I bought them 3 sizes too big, and the material is nothing like the wool quality of my other pairs. My first icebreaker purchase was from the store in Chicago - I bought Crush 1 back in 2016, and they kept me from getting frostbite on Lake Michigan on New Year's Eve. They've held up beautifully for years, and I just wanted to add to my collection, but these are going right back. Not worth the money!
Previous Crush much better
I really wanted to love these pants but they fit so odd. The waist is too high and not as comfortable as the original Crush pants. The crotch area looks weird, frumpy, and the pants don't look as sleek and overall are just not comfortable compared to the original. The material is also not 100% wool, not as nice/quality of material as the previous version. I had to return even though I loved the purple color. I really hope the IB team rethinks this and goes back to the classic original design. I'm glad I stocked up on the previous version because this one is just not as good.
BRING BACK ORIGINAL CRUSH PANT PLEASE!!
I have been buying the Crush Pant for years...every time a new color came out, and back ups to my black & gray pairs that I wear most. I was SO disappointed to see a new version with fabric blend, and bad fit. WHAT'S HAPPENING ICEBREAKER?? Please go back to 100% wool items with minimal logos slapped on the front. I use to be able to wear your clothes for more than activities and lounging. The fabric blends and logos are Crush-ing us longtime loyal customers. These days there are plenty places to buy lower quality synthetic fabrics and blends. Icebreaker use to be a special niche, offering high quality wool clothes that were well worth the price. Sadly that seems to be changing. Hope you listen to your customers, please bring back the original fabric and fit!
Solid sweat pant
Cannot attest to long term on this item, but at a month almost constant usage and washing- great durability. No pilling or holes or loose strings, seams look good. Flattering on my very wide, high waist figure. Not too see through! I just really wish they had more colors, especially earth or jewel tones. They rarely seem to have any colors that look good for an "autumn" person. Also I want to note that I also bought a W**lly competing pant and they had holes immediately. Sticking with the icebreaker.
Bring back the old Crush Joggers!
I have an older version of Crush Joggers in size M that are too big. So I ordered the S in the Baja color. The crotch on these is so low that it looks absolutely ridiculous and feels annoying. I ended up keeping them but I have to fold the waistband down so they look and feel okay. I kind of wish I hand't kept them. It's not the same as an easy comfy pull-on jogger when you have to keep adjusting and folding the waistband. Please bring back the old fit!
So sad - these do not fit like joggers bought in 2021
I bought a pair of icebreaker joggers in 2021 that were amazing: lightweight, warm and really flattering fit. The big challenge with those pants was the fabric was subject to getting holes, which I had hoped was remedied by this new version. Perhaps that problem has been dealt with, but the fit here is just not flattering. Going back. Would happily try again if you bring back a "classic" fit from three years ago and durable fabric!
Bring back the original crush pants
I have been buying these pants for my whole family for years. Alas all good things end. The new fabric is a blend that I can buy pretty much anywhere else. The cut is weird. Stopped buying and will have to find another brand unless Icebreaker listens to so many of us asking for the original fabric and design.
even better than before
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a pair of these that was a couple years old and much loved. Decided to spring for a new one as I wear these so often. The new pair was a thicker and felt like higher quality wool. Some real improvements in an already great design. Better pockets and waistband. True to size.
Inconsistent in the style of the pant with the same name
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First purchase had a lower rise and a thick waist band this pair oversized and a flimsy waist with a string. Fabric is less dense on the 2 pair ( would have sized down if I knew the fit was looser and baggier
Not the same cut and quality like Crush 1
I have both Crush pants I. and Crush pants 2- and I'm so dissapointed with this newer version- both material quality and weird cut. Why you dont keep the same quality and cut when it's the same model??
