Light and mighty!
The price made me think about cancelling or returning my order but one time wearing it and I was sad I didn't but it sooner! I live in Alaska and this jacket fits into every season.
It does what it’s supposed to do and more.
I bought this jacket because I thought it looked fine and it was 40% off. I am pleasantly pleased with it. It fits well, keeps me warm, and despite some comments that the fabric is too delicate, it hasn’t ripped while walking through thorny patches. It was a great choice to buy, particularly on sale. If any thing it’s warmer than I wanted. I live in southeast Alaska, perfect conditions for this jacket.
Made it to Everest Base Camp and Loved it!
This is more like a 4.5 star because the down feathers leak out almost daily but consider it has so many - i don't mind. The biggest plus point of this jacket is the hood and quality of keeping the warmth inside! I can attest it - it made it Everest Base Camp and I didn't feel wind nor the cold! absolutely fan of Patagonia! Loved it. It is light weight and easy to carry.
Decent jacket, great fit and quality
Great quality and fit, it also seems almost overstuffed with down, which is a huge pro. The problem is that for the price I wish the quality of down was nicer. It's also incredibly heavy for a down jacket so I wouldn't consider it to be good for any sort of backpacking. Also not really a fan of the red/blue color, you end up looking a bit like spiderman.
