You're holding it wrong
As Steve Jobs said in 2010, "You're holding it wrong". Or, at least, I was! Not a big review writer but once I actually starting using this bottle correctly, I LOVE it and wanted to spread the word! Actually, I love BOTH because I bought one for each hand! I didn't realize that my thumb is supposed to go up through the notch over the red strap just below the nozzle. This puts my fingertips in a great position as they wrap around the bottle to land on a spot where the bottle bumps out. Squeezing this raised area is not difficult, and it results it a stream or water so forceful that I sometimes cough because it hits the back of my throat so hard.
Cap is hard to drink through!
the cap is very difficult to drink out of. Is I prepare for using this during my 6th Ironman, I am finding it MUCH easier to drink by taking off the cap during a short walk break. The cap has a stopper that is HARD to get fluids though...just wish this had a simple, easy flow valve (that doesn't require the bottle to be squeezed).

Water can’t be squeezed out.
The other reviewer is correct: you can barely get water to flow out - even if you squeeze it with all of your might. I typically wind up unscrewing the cap, which necessitates that I slow down. The lack of flow ruins an ergonomically well-designed bottle. It fits well in the hand and the strap is nice.
hard to get water
I liked this product because it holds a good amount of water but the mouth piece is terrible. It’s very hard to get water you can only get a little at a time. I purchased the smaller bottle and it’s great you can squirt water right into your mouth.
Great for running
Great bottle, holds a good quantity of water, strap is secure, and I like the small zipper pocket for keys. The bigger pocket is big enough for my iPhone 12 mini
Not Insulated
I wouldn’t call this bottle insulated, if you put cold water in it, it starts sweating in no time, which impacts your grip on the bottle. I would not recommend.
Insulation not so much, but the rest is great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Estate Blue/White color of the 18 oz QuickSqueeze Plus Insulated bottle. The fit of the bottle in the holster is just right. The feel of the holster in my hand is great--and easy to tighten as needed. Lid controls water flow well, too. "Insulated" is maybe a generous word, though. In hot weather, even an ice-filled 18-oz bottle of water is warm about 15-20 minutes into the run. Not sure how insulated this really is. Other than that it's great, though.
Cap is DIFFICULT to drink out of
The cap is VERY difficult to drink out of. Fluids do not flow out very rapidly, which is very inconvenient for running a marathon during an Ironman race/training!!! I find removing the top to drink is MUCH easier (unfortunately). I've tried reaching out to Nathan for other cap options...crickets!?!?

Keep it simple
Thank you for bringing back the classic design with a single strap! This is a perfect upgrade with space for your phone and a few extras. Single strap guarantees a secure fit.
This item has been great for my daily power walks!
