2000 miles in, holding up great!
I've been using my Quocs for about a year now and am really impressed. The lace dial is flawless - it's never had any issues, and I think it's more intuitive than a BOA dial. The sole is nicely stiff, which is great for power and comfort even on rides over ten hours. They're good for stints hiking over unrideable obstacles, with a pretty walkable sole.

These shoes are great. Very light weight, not a tone of padding, but still very comfortable. The width is great for my wider feet (I normally go up from a 42 to a 43 to help with the width). A big upgrade from my old $100 pair of specialized recon 1.0s. I also got them half price on an REI sale, so that was nice!
Too narrow, zero padding, dangerous lacing system.
I bought these because I liked the color and needed some decently priced gravel shoes. It should be noted that these have ZERO padding even when compared to a road shoe. It’s basically the pleather material and the hard plastic sole and that’s it. Nothing else. The fake BOA lacing system might as well be touching your sock the tongue is so thin. They felt slightly narrow but nothing that was super concerning to me at the time. After one ride, they definitely felt a little tight but I figured if I swapped the insoles and laced them less tightly they would eventually stretch a bit. My second ride I was 30+ miles into a ride and felt something pop in my foot, a sharp pain, and some of my toes went numb. The doctor said basically these shoes are so narrow in comparison to other cycling shoes that they squeezed my foot bones together and potentially did some nerve damage. My foot swelled up in an already tight shoe and given that these are NOT true BOA dials, they don’t have the quick release mechanism. They barely even loosen when you try to unwind them. My foot was stuck until the swelling subsided and I could yank my foot out. Needless to say, these got returned. YMMV with the width since everybody’s feet are different but that fake BOA closure system is unacceptable. It's a month later and I'm back on the bike but still having foot pain.
REI has their labels messed up and mailed me road shoes instead.
