WARM COAT, GREAT QUALITY, BUT SLEEVES TOO SHORT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 6'7" and 277lbs. 2XL fits me perfect, but the sleeve length is too short. I tried 3XL, it fits too big and the sleeves are still too short for me. Never had issues with TNF sleeves in the past.

No. In fact I might return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this jacket for 3 weeks and the Velcro has caused a lot of damage to the sleeve cuffs with minor casual use. The jacket was also labeled as "warmest" overall the jacket is warm but the pockets have zero warmth there is only a thin layer of material on the front part of the pockets. I do like the fit, the color and it is comfortable

I would not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it walking my son to school and when I go to work and around town. I love the fit, look, color and comfort. I don't like how damaged the sleeve cuffs look after only 3 weeks of casual use, the use of Velcro was a poor design

Used to be better

Super disappointed with the changes made the the McMurdo over the past few years. My first McMurdo from 2018 had a more luxurious fabric, the current version uses very cheap feeling normal nylon. My original used metal snap enclosures instead if velcro... The current velco version easily catches and pulls apart the soft cuff material. The snaps on the hood were metal, but are now plastic, so if I try to pick the jacket up by the fur hood liner, it just tears away from the rest of the jacket and I have to sit there and re-snap it all back together. My original had a built in face mask, the new version does not. This jacket used to be awesome, but currently it's nothing special

Beware of the velcro/cuffs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off beware of the velcro on the jacket!!! Once it get stuck of the cuffs this is what happens. I read some of the reviews and this was one of the main complaints about the overall of the jacket. If not for this I would have given it a 5Star rating. I bought this jacket knowing what I was getting into, Now to the performance this Jcket is AMAZING!!! Does everything you need it to do, it's warm, comfortable, breathable, dry, haven't tested in the rain yet but for 10 degree weather and windy this jacket is 10/10 so far. I'm 5'11" 254 pounds I bought a 3xl because I wanted to wear this with extra layering or another hoodie but you don't need to. You can just wear a polo shirt or a long sleeve and you will be fine. My true size is 2xl but like I said I like wearing extra layers. As you can see from the pictures once that velcro makes contact that's what it does to the Cuffs. That's the only reason for 4 stars

stay away and get parka version instead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket has one main fatal design. The velcro catches on the material of the sleeves and destroys it within a few weeks. I had to buy velcro and attach them to the velcro part of prevent them from sticking to the sleeve. This much money and they use velcro knowing it will pull off the fabric.

Great for snow and rain, but bad materials

I have used it for ten days and it is the warmest and water resistant, it dries really fast. But the cuffs get stuck on the velcove a lot and the zipper from one of the pockets broke so easily.

Do not buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The zipper cover velcro catches on the cuff material of the sleeves. After 1 month the jacket cuff looks worn and ugly. Currently trying to get a warranty claim on it. DO NOT BUY

Warm, well-fitting jacket but poor quality cuffs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket fits well, is warm and waterproof. My one issue is that the cuffs on the sleeves are shedding fibers after a few uses. Quite disappointing given the price point.
