Super Grippy and great toe boxes!

The toe box on these is actually foot shaped! Plenty of room for natural toe position for amazing stability and nice foot strike. If you typically size up in your running shoes, there is a good chance these will fit true to size or even maybe a little looser than you are used to in running shoes. These are pretty neutral but a little too flat for my arches. Absolutely love the continental tire soles. They are exceptionally grippy on wet and dirty roads. Overall, extremely light which gives them a barefoot feel, despite how cushioned they are. Bonus points for recycled materials! Only real complaints are the laces are short and these do not stretch at all, which is not a problem if you take them off right after your run. They were so comfy I left them on for a few hours and they ended up squeezing a bit.

Great stable running sole!

Upon receiving this item I loved the look of the shoe. The sole is so wide and has two different shades of white which gives it a platform look. You can tell the design and thickness of the sole helps with the shock when running on concrete or streets. I took this shoe out for a 5 mile walk with average incline (1000 ft). The feel of the shoe/sole was consistent when walking on the street vs walking on the side walk. The tongue of the shoe never moved which is usually a problem I have with shoes. Only downside to this is if you tighten too much, even after my 5 mile walk there was no loosening up of the laces and I eventually had to stop to loosen them up since my feet felt tight. There mesh of the the rest of the shoe is slightly see through (as I was able to see some pink through my shoe in my socks). This shoe gave me a little more stability than the usual running shoes. When on the stair master I felt stable and in control of my steps. I think this shoe is a great running shoe for averaging 3-9 miles. I will add that the contour of the midsole was a little off for my foot, and even when standing straight up I felt naturally my weight was less stable towards the back of the sole. However when in movement I felt this shoe to be stable. I think this shoe to me works more as a combination of running and HITT trainings which is always nice when I do not have to switch out shoes.

Extremely Comfortable with Excellent Grip!

As soon as you put these on, it’s like walking on clouds. I was so excited to take these on a long walk/run interval. They fit true to size, takes a bit to loosen up the laces to get your foot in but once you do they are so comfortable. There is not any cushion in the back, I wore them with a sock that had a little bit of cushion on it for maximum comfort. I love the tread on these, i purposely walked through some wet areas and they had amazing grip, which is sometimes had to find in a running show. Overall I’m looking forward to wearing these into the summer months and cannot wait to put some miles on them.

Funky fit, but like a cloud

Considering I haven't bought new running shoes in 2 years, these are just lovely! They have a lot of support and cushion, makes me feel like I'm walking and running in a cloud. Though, it may be a bit too much. They feel like platform sneakers and I honestly feel a smidge unstable on them. I've had some problems with the fit of the shoe. It's very loose in the heel, and upon re-lacing to pull that heel tighter, I'm left with nearly no laces to tie with. These are the first running shoes that haven't made my toes go numb, so that's a major plus! I also love how breathable they are! I'm a very sweaty person, so having very breathable fabric is very important to me. Overall, these are pretty lovely shoes! All my complaints are fairly minor inconveniences.

Nice cushioning, nice for shorter runs

I tried these out even though I usually go for a specific brand of running shoe. They are a lot cushier than my normal shoes, and I definitely felt more fatigued in my lower legs and foot after a few miles. The cushioning didn’t feel very stable to me. I did also wear these to a conference, and actually felt good after a long day on my feet. The toe box is a bit narrow for me but probably comfortable for most people. I didn’t notice any rubbing in the heels when running, but I did redo the laces the way I do for my regular shoes. These are actually really lightweight on your feet despite the extra cushioning.

Breathable and comfortable.

These are very comfortable road running shoes. My favorite thing about them is that they are incredibly breathable. My feet tend to get hot and this feature helps a ton. They are worth it. They also have great cushion and soften impact and foot pain.

My new favorite road running shoes

I received these products for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I think these are my new favorite road running shoes! They’re super light but provide great support. I have really high arches and normally I have to put custom inserts in but so far they’ve been fantastic without the inserts! The material is super breathable and fits really well around my foot (the tongue sits perfectly so it doesn’t rub weird on my ankle). I normally hate running on asphalt because it’s rough on my shins and knees but I haven’t had that issue with these! They have wonderful cushion that puts a nice little spring in your stride. 10/10 would recommend.

Lightweight, Solid, Comfortable Shoe

So far, these are pretty solid. The cushion has been adequate so far, I like how they are supportive of my feet. Compared to a different brand of shoes, they make my feet move slightly different. I like how lightweight they are and the material feels nice- there's a little extra flap on the heel so you could be able to pull these on easier. I'm not sure that it made it much easier for me personally but I like that it could be easier for other people. The colors are neutral and the quality has held up pretty well so far, I knicked the foam on the bottom and it has a chunk missing. Overall I'm pretty happy with these shoes and I'll continue to keep using these but knowing that each person may have a preference for a different style of shoes, this might not have been my absolute #1 choice. That being said, these have not caused any change in my running pattern and have not increased any difficulty/pain/etc.

Unhappy with quality

There is a fault with the sneakers as the shoe laces do not lie flush in the top of my foot.

No, I do not recommend this product
