Comfortable. Does it last?
The seat gives a comfortable ride. The ventilation seems to work. My only problem is this: Seat started splitting after about a year. I'm not sure how this could happen. I'm not overweight, under 200 pounds. It started splitting on both sides. I keep the bike inside, so it's not like it's sitting out in the sun and rain. I'm not sure what the warranty on this seat is.
Wonderful
I got this saddle with my Orbea ebike 2.5 years ago and have found it to be really comfortable once I rode regularly. I no longer need pants with chamois. It is that good!
Great for all round speed riding
Bought one 3 yrs ago for 1 bike & like it so much I buy a 2nd one for my folding bike. I'm almost 70 yrs old & used to race in college using Brooks leather saddle. This is amazingly supportive & no break-in (like Brooks).
Finally found the right one for me
The seat that came with my bike was not for me. It was too hard and too narrow. Tried another but not much of a difference. However, on my third try, this Selle Royal Respiro Moderate Saddle was just right for me. Firm yet comfortable, a good width, and an open center. The saddle is well made with quality materials that should last for many, many miles. Great for a tour/city/hybrid type bike.

Best bike saddle ever! It only took a few rides get accustomed to the fit. No pain, no heat build up, just a pleasure ride on.
A year in, no regrets, great ride
I've got this on my specialized vado and I've found it as much needed improvement. 800 miles in and many wet winder riding days it's held up nicely.
Great seat, even for long rides.
I bought one several years ago and now have one on each of my 4 bikes. I just completed a 340 mile ride and was comfortable the whole time.

No more gross shammies for me!
SO glad I bought this! I ride mixed-surface (gravel and road) including longer days and multi-day bikepacking. This seat has eliminated my need for shammies, which I hate because they get so sweaty and after a couple hours always roll down and squeeze my stomach no matter how many times I unroll them. The ventilation really works and I have yet to experience saddle soreness at all.
