  • KinetiCore Controlled Crumple Zones absorb the force of both direct and rotational impacts in the event of a crash to redirect energy into the helmet and away from your head

  • Increase visibility by attaching the Universal Lazer LED (not included) to the hook-and-loop mount at the back of the helmet
  • Lazer Advanced TurnSys dial system provides a tailored fit that's easy to adjust on the fly
  • Goggle grip reduces risk of goggle slip and blocking visibility

Don't listen to the buckle imapired

Great helmet. For those who got past the fifth grade, you have a thumb and index fingers. Use both to pinch the buckle with one hand. Once you figure this out you will really like this helmet

Great Helmet / Nice Fit / Feels Super Safe

Amazing helmet. Fits very snug once adjusted but with incredible comfort. Love this color-way as well. Highly recommend. Also noting that REI shipped out this bad boy super quickly and it arrived exactly as estimated.

Just an awesome helmet

Comfortable, looks good (I got the Cali), and confident in it's protection. Used about a half dozen times so far, and just really appreciate this helmet over my last one. The comfort of the Kinetcore pad makes this helmet feel lighter than it is, which isn't heavy. The adjustable visor is a bonus for the price. Adjustability is the same as any other helmet. For anyone having a hard time trying to undo the magnetic buckle, stop using two hands. It's a snap with the just the left hand.

Excellent in every way

Excellent helmet! Bought primarily because of the safety rating, but the helmet is superbly designed and comfortable too. Probably best we’ve ever owned in over 40 yrs of cycling. Bought two, in white for visibility and to best reflect heat. One for my husband and one for myself. Although we ride almost exclusively on roads the adjustable visor works very well for hot sunny days as well as with a helmet mirror.

Great Helmet on a Budget

Great helmet for the price, a great fit and feel safe with it on. One complaint, the chin strap is hard to open and close.

Amazing Helmet

It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Used it on two rides so far in warm temps and it works great. Has great coverage, nice visor, and fits mountain biking glasses excellently! As far as the buckle goes, it's pretty sad seeing people having issues using it... I would say that it is BY FAR easier than a standard buckle to clip together and take off, especially with gloves! DO NOT take the poor reviews related to the buckle seriously. It is faster to clip together and take apart vs a standard buckle. It's magnetic, clipping together is self explanatory. Taking it apart don't try to pull them apart, you need to slide them the sides. Slide the top part of the buckle towards your neck and the bottom part away from your neck. And if you still can't figure that out, bring it into a mountain bike shop and they will show you. Just know they might tease you a bit after showing you how to use it...

great helmet if you want to sleep in it

I really liked this helmet. Fit was perfect. HOWEVER, the buckle is awful!!! Two of us took 10 minutes to get the dang thing off and we weren't wearing gloves. Who the heck designed that? Probably why it is discontinued. Don't buy, find one with a normal buckle.

Nice helmet but……

Nice helmet but……On line it appeared white but it is most definitely gray. I also did not care for the closure on the chin strap. The magnetic close wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. I returned this product.
