Needs a waterproof zipper
Sizing is no longer bigger than the age stated- my exactly average 6 year old fits the size 6 exactly. Also the zippers are NOT waterproof So if you actually play while it’s doing anything more than sprinkling the whole front of your kids gear is going to be wet after an hour. Yes even if you button the zipper guard. It seems like the sizing has changed and so has some of the extra thought that went into this gear- things like how the zipper isn’t waterproof in the least and the profile of the face and neck opening isn’t fitted well
Perfect for Nature Preschool
After my own child has worn her insulated rain suit for nearly two years now in the Pacific Northwest, I decided to purchase these for my new preschool program. I bought 6 of these in different designs, one for each of my preschool kids. Now, everyone can equally enjoy all kinds of weather together when we go outdoors. I am so pleased with these. They last years and provide room to grow, warm insulation, and keep the kids warm and dry so they can safely enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather.
Amazing suit
Haven't tested the waterproofness fully yet, only one day of splashing through a couple puddles. I bought the 5T for my daughter who is 41' tall and it is definitely large, I feel she should easily get 3 seasons out of it. As per the website they do state their products are large, I bought it purposely big to be able to grow into it. Feels like a very quality material that should hopefully hold up the entire time. The suit is BRIGHT pink, which my daughter loves bright, and pink, so she thinks its great. I love bright colors for visibility when we are out. We bought this suit for yard play, puddle jumping, fishing, and camping when its cool and wet. Love that the hood is removeable as there are many times we don't need it as its not currently raining. Bought the matching waterproof lined mittens which really completes the outfit and allows full dry puddle play to happen.
Cuffs on large suit make it too big to wear
I ordered a bigger size, based on the size recommendations and ended up sending it back for the next size down, but it is still too big for my 18 month old and because the cuffs are elastic, they just fall over her hands instead of being able to cinch them with velcro. The quality of the suit seems good though.
Best RainSuit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used a few different rain suit for our babies before but these by far have been the best. The material is high quality and very comfortable. They run very big but that leaves room to grow. My daughter was sitting in the ocean surf and only the bottom of her legs/feet got even a little wet.
Love it
The suite is thick and durable. The hood could be takes off easily. We didn’t have a winter suite so we layered it over base layer + fleece + puffer and our son was very warm and protected from the wind. We’ve got a 3T for my 2yo, it’s a bit long in sleeves and legs but we wanted it to last.
Pink
This is a very bright pink! The description says powder pink but it’s not. I ordered candy pink mitts and they match exactly. Overall the suit is on the larger size. Cute, well made, nice fit, and has a soft lining.
Great rain suit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this rain suit! It’s super cute and very durable. We wear it for outdoor preschool and playing in puddles and the rain. Overall works great and keeps her warm and dry.
Excellent quality
My daughter loves this rain suit, the fit is a little big, but not too big that she can't wear it. It will definitely last for a couple of years. The quality is fantastic.
Quality Suit
This suit is really well made and sturdy. My daughter loves the way it feels inside. She's 4 and tall but we still got a 3t because they run fairly large.
