Had too strong of an odor to use
I bought this neck pillow prior to a red eye to the east coast. Didn't test it in store. When I put it on while on the plane, I found that it had a strong and suffocating odor sort of like baby powder. I couldn't use it. Left it out to air during my trip and tried it again on the way back. Same odor.
Firm and Comfortable
This neck pillow works as expected. It is very useful when flying. My partner even used it for sleeping at home one week to relieve neck pain. It worked!
