Sizing Notes
Select the letter that matches your shoe size range. Letters on all Superfeet products represent heel cup width. For Superfeet insoles to work properly, your heels must be "in" the heel cup entirely, not "on" the heel cup on either side of foot. Stand on a pair of Superfeet in the letter that corresponds closest to your shoe size making sure your heel fits nice and snug "in" the heel cup. If that heel cup is too small, select the next letter size up. After you find your perfect heel-cup fit, simply trim the excess foam (using the sock liner from any of your shoes as a guide) and insert the new trimmed insoles into your shoes (removing the sock liners first).

Comfortable, not durable
The insoles fit perfectly inside my shoe and were a really good fit for my super high arches. However, I bought these Sept 14th and as of Nov 12, less than 2 months later, they have a huge hole in the toe area. I play high level volleyball about 4 times a week, and these got ruined very quickly. They’re made of foam and so every time I wear them now, the foam gets all over my shoes and socks from the hole where the toe is. So these would be a good fit for walking shoes and maybe even running, but not for high level sports where there’s a lot of wear and tear.
Very pleased with these Superfeet insoles
I'm very pleased with the support and comfort of these Superfeet insoles. One feature I like is the hole in the plastic heel cup that allows the top foam layer to flex more. I did something similar with neoprene insoles several years ago when I had a heel bruise. What I did helped cure my bruised heels, and I think these Superfeet insoles will help prevent heel bruises from developing. Sometimes I still get mild heel bruises during 4-hr hikes with another brand of insert. Another feature of the Superfeet insoles I like is the arch support which is just right for me.
Possibly a good insole but didn't meet my needs
I purchased this to alleviate the sole discomfort I was feeling with my new La Sportiva Bushido II. My issue was the arch didn't feel like it fit my feet and it slowly became uncomfortable as I wear it. Long story short, I learned (from a kind fellow REI shopper!) that the Bushido II is meant to "train" my arch to the proper position, and therefore it just needs time for my feet to adapt to it. I did try this insole but it felt like it was making the issue worse, and the added cushioning under the heel made my feet less stable (felt like the shoe could come off while running) so I had to return it.

OMG, I would give this product a 10 star rating. My shoes which I get from REI comes with terrible insoles for the amount of $ they cost. I came to REI looking for a better insole and I picked this product. I’m so happy I did because my feet are so happy running, hiking and backpacking now. Please don’t stop selling this product.

I rarely if ever write reviews. But these are it. Seriously look no further. All the stability and support while remaining plush and bouncy. Been a fan of super feet since PF forced me to and these are the best insoles I’ve tried to date and the price is unbeatable. Solid product.
Great insoles
I don’t usually wear superfeet insoles, but these have excellent cushioning of the forefoot and heel as well as excellent arch support. I bought these along with Hoka running shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis. The combination seems to really help ease my heel pain.
Superfeet RUN cushion high arch
I have used the all-purpose, high arch supports (green) for years. I will be returning these inserts, but I have learned something valuable in the process. I am male and have a narrow heel, and after trying different insoles at another store, I have found that the women's inserts (narrower heel) fit my heel much better. Also, I had bought these inserts for use in Oboz Sawtooth X low tops for section hiking the AT. I decided I like the feel of the all-purpose inserts better for hiking. I do look forward to trying a pair of women's RUN inserts in my trail running shoes.
I like these
I have only tried them on one 12 mile run, but I do like them better than the Superfeet green. Decent arch support for might med/high arches and the heal height keeps me lower in the shoe. Curious to see how they hold up as they feel of lighter materials.
These insoles really helped my knee pain
I was having some left knee pain. I tried wearing a new pair of Hoka's thinking that would help as my shoes were getting a bit older. But that did not help. I decided to try some Superfeet insoles and saw these that are meant for running. They made such a big difference, right away. I've told several other people about them too. I'm going to be getting more!

I love these insoles. I have a pair of ultra’s and they didn’t have a good insole for being trail runners. I finally decided to purchase more appropriate insoles for this shoe. I’m in love with them. My feet and knees are so happy with these insoles.
