kids having fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have been wonderful for our family outings!…quick to set up, slow to repack if you want to take the time to wipe off / dry before repacking into bag. Very stable, easy paddling for our 9 & 11 year old boys.

Very cool design but the seat has critical flaw

I saw this in the FL Bote store and was impressed with the design. Exited to buy one locally but the seat has a major issue right out of the box. The strapping holding the seat back constantly loosens. I called Bote and they suggested putting tape on the strap. I asked if it was a known issue and they said some people resolved this issue with tape. I asked for a new seat which they said the could not do for some reason. Too bad I am really dissapointe because the boat is realy nice and inflates really fast. I am going to return it as a 1200 boat should not have to be duck taped to make it work in bend new condition.

Born to fly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in the Dominican Republic so getting a traditional hard side kayak is almost out of the question. I already have the zeppelin 12ft tandem and we enjoy it so much that we decided to get another. The 12 footer is oversized luggage on the plane but this one can fly as a checked bag without any fees.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bote Zeppelin Aero 10' Kayak a few weeks ago and have already had it out on the water three times. It's super simple to inflate (in about 15 minutes I am on the water) and the Kayak is extremely seaworthy, stable and fun! My wife and I live just a few miles from Canandaigua Lake (one of the Finger Lakes in Western New York) and we love being on the water. Not having a roof rack, the inflatable option was the best choice for me and Bote has not disappointed in quality and ease of use. I've already had several people on the lake ask me where I purchased as the quality of this inflatable is easy to see. I'd buy it again for sure!

Water hiking with my Zeppelin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading many reviews I decided on the Zeppelin 10' kayak. Once you get all the components inflated to the proper psi with the manual air pump it becomes very rigid and stable. The seat is comfortable if you set the straps tight enough to keep it in position. Under Inflated or too loose of a setting on the straps will not work well as I found out. I ordered the 5 piece paddle and it is of great quality and I like that it breaks down for storage. I added dark grey insulating foam pieces on each end to aid in floatation In case I get tossed of the kayak plus I bought an aftermarket tether for the paddle to clip on to the bungee of the kayak. Works great. I love the pontoon sides of the Zeppelin it's great to relax my legs on those when I'm resting on the water. All in all I think it's a great product for me a 61 year old grandmother because I can handle it myself. The magnipod works great with the Bote jug I ordered. Stays on very well. I do think I will order a padded strap for carrying and a set of wheels for the back of the Bote to keep it off the ground when hauling it down to the water. A small puncture proof anchor would be a great idea to take a long as well. To me it's like water hiking and it's so relaxing.

I’ve only used the kayak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used the kayak once since purchasing it, but I can already say that the experience was positive. The kayak is stable, maneuverable, and the seat is comfortable. The only downside is that the kayak is very heavy for me; I wouldn’t be able to carry it to the water by myself, so I had to ask my husband for help.

Great for leisurely comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boat is perfect for a relaxing day on the river. It offers fantastic comfort, allowing you to kick back and truly savor your time on the water. Getting in and out is a breeze. However, it does move slowly, so if you have a specific place to reach, you might want to reconsider this choice and opt for a boat that can get there faster. I'm holding onto it because the spacious floor makes it easy to load up extra gear and enjoy the water leisurely, but if you're looking to travel somewhere with friends, you might find that another option suits you better, like the deus.

I’ve floated 2, 6 hour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve floated 2, 6 hour floats with the Zepplin and I’m in love! My prior was a 20 year old Playmate so the upgrade was needed. Best kayak I’ve rode to date!
