great for SURFING!
I have used these for at least 50 surf sessions, they are great! I am kind of snobby about my board shorts, I use them in El Salvador, and enjoy nice things. These are worth the extra money. The material sheds water well, and is lightweight. The drawstring is kind of sticky, does not come off during your session. The rear pocket is actually pretty big for performance board shorts. They are pretty thin.. just be aware that may be a little more revealing when wet in one spot, if you look closely, than thicker shorts for swimming and beaching… eye contact. *runs pretty true to size, I go same size as correct fitting pants, or up to one inch less on waistband 10/10 would buy again

Comfortable Everyday Multi-Use Shorts
Comfortable every day, multi-use shorts for our spontaneous trip to Hawaii. Worn every day for ten (10) days both on land and in the Ocean (Snorkeling with Sea Turtles, Waterfall Exploring, Hiking and Whale Watching). They were extremely quick to dry a very comfortable. Were stylish enough to wear out to 5-star high-end restaurants for dinner.
