Great gloves for Clearnce price
Honestly Love these glove, probably one of my favorites I've had. I use them for one wheeling around the city or just walking on cold and rainy days. the magnetic finger mitten flip is great, although I wish the magnet was a touch stronger as it does come undone more often than Id like. With any magnet this will be a thing, but I feel as though it could be much better than done here. The Removable thumb flaps are my absolute favorite feature, as I use my phone a whole lot for directions, music, calls, etc... when I ride, having usable thumbs, not just a thumb pieve of fabric is fantastic. The leater is comfortable and soft, they fit perfect, and in 2 weeks not much wear and tear, but we will see. The gore-tex holds up so-so in heavy rain like we have seen, but most half goretexed garmets would have trouble handling our last few weeks of snow, sleet, and heavy rain. The only place they fall short is warmth... Now this could just be that I keep my fingers open and out more often than not, but even when recovered, the insolation doesnt do much in the way of keeping heat it, at least it keeps moister out. Solid gloves though 8/10 I'd say, but at clearnce price worth it for me, I think I'd be dissapointed at full price though.
Not good for cold weather
Although the description said these provided warmth, 20 minutes of walking in 25-30 degree weather proved they did nothing to keep hands and fingers warm. Not going to be useful on an upcoming trip to the Antarctic.
Not very warm, very small
The gloves firstly run exceptionally small, in their hand chart I measure a medium, the XL was still too small - fingers hit the end of the glove and it was quite tight as well. If you're looking for a warmer finger glove mitt, this is pretty thin. It's pretty nice stuff though, if not for the sizing issues I would have kept it to use as a less warm glove.
Can't understand why they're not still making them
Most functional gloves I've ever used. I wish I could stock up on these but I think this was the last pair!
