Size chart is wrong.
The size chart that accompanies this product is wrong. Girls L is not a size 12–but a size 7, a fact I did not learn until after I removed all of the tags from the jacket so it can’t be returned.
Looking for fall warmth
We were looking for a warm fall jacket or fleece for our 4 year old granddaughter and came across this. We purchased a (s) and it was a bit big but she’s growing like a weed so we know she will quickly grow into it. It’s very soft, thick, and feels warm it’s also lined inside to make it easy on and off. It should keep her warm on cooler days this fall here in New England.
Sizing Completely Off
Since another reviewer stated that the sizing is completely off on this jacket, I ordered 2 jackets - one each in sizes L and XL (needed a child's size 12-14). Unfortunately, BOTH jackets weren't even close to actual sizing, as both were actually smaller than a child's size 10! Very disappointed, as the jackets' construction was solid, material was good quality, styling was cute & colorful (bright yellow-green). Obermeyer totally missed on this one! Will have to return.
Going on year 2
One of my daughters favorites. I bought it a few sizes too big and she’s been wearing it for the past two seasons. I’m not too precious with how I wash clothes and it’s held up all this time too. I’m just bummed I can’t get a larger size for her moving forward.
