Perfect cropped warm windbreaker

This jacket is great. I’m not one to drop almost 100 bones on a jacket, but I had to get a versatile windbreaker for work. I live in Arizona, and this jacket works for the 35-65 degree days, and the rainy ones. I thought I had ruined it after dropped some liquid foundation on it but I scrubbed with dish soap, oxy clean, and a lil wash cloth, washed it, and it came out! I am normally a Large in t-shirts. I typically wear an XL for jackets, but I got this in a Large and love the fit. I can wear long sleeves or sweatshirts underneath it. I love the crop. It sits right above my hips/butt. Works great for curvy people who don’t want a restrictive jacket covering up the goods haha.

Finally a cropped Jacket!

Finally a cropped jacket! I am petite and this jacket is perfect, so much that I just had to purchase both the blue and the black one. I loved the fit of the jacket and although it’s not thick, pretty thin actually, it is surprisingly warm! Yes the length is a cropped sits right at the waist but if you like that fit then this is for you. It is warm, light, easy to pack, and the bright blue color was stunning. I am very happy I purchased in both colors. Not to mention is has the large TNF logo too so has a bit of the that vintage TNF look to it. I wouldn’t recommend for very cold/extreme weather unless you plan to layer. Great for California winters.

Great, versatile rain jacket

Overall I am happy with the fit of the jacket, as it fits true to size. Repels water amazingly and keeps you dry and warm, also acts as a great windbreaker! Most rain jackets are longer in length and I like that this jacket is not. The cut off is right at the hips and does not drape any further. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who buys The North Face!

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say this jacket is extremely lightweight and warm! I did purchase this online and saw the poor reviews, though it seems their concern was the jacket is "too cropped". Well, if they took a moment to look at the description the jacket is for athletes. I don't know about anyone else but who can run in a jacket that is longer than this or do any type of performance training? I don't work out and truthfully purchased the jacket because I wanted a warm cropped jacket. I got a lot of compliments on this jacket. So glad I purchased this!

Amazing jacket, just what I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is exactly what I wanted and thought it would be. It is lightweight and very warm so far. The coldest weather I have been in is about 35 degrees Fahrenheit with rain, but it definitely kept me warm! It is warmer than all of my north face fleeces! The material is nice quality and it is true to size. The only complaint I have is that the sleeves could be an inch or two longer. But over all a great jacket!

Even better in person - feel the feather weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color (bright blue) is amazing. Light weight jackets are also super helpful because I, like a lot of people, have had neck injuries, which makes having heavy clothing or gear hanging on your shoulders uncomfortable. This jacket sheds the water and feels like nothing.

Nice jacket, weird fit

Not sure what would be the ideal fit for this jacket but it's a crop top and has longer than usual arms. I wanted to give it a chance but I ended up returning it right away.

It is too short. No style, No craze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the style of this jacket, it is too short. An excellent idea of soft Futurelight fabric and Ventrix insulation, light and warm at the same time.
