Good for mild climates. Not for cold.

I guess that when I bought what was originally an almost 200 dollar jacket I thought it would be warm. When i thru-hiked the AT i had an llbean 850 fill that i bought for 130 so for 185 i figured this was probably comparable. NOT. this jacket is very thin and small for size. As soon as i touched it i knew it was a bad purchase. Fashion in the city like... denver for mild temp winters... okay. Definitely don't take this for a winter backpacking trip. I wore this in july in 50 degree weather. I'd be cold at 30 in this jacket.
