Great sturdy under-seat bag!

Easy install, great volume and protection from the elements. Easily holds one 29er tube, bacon strip repair kit, 2x CO2 cartridges + valve, and tire levers, with some room to spare.

So far so good, but...

4.5 stars. I've gone through two saddle bags over the past six months and struck out on both of them due to various issues: the waterproof'ish style zipper failed and dumped all my tools and such out, which are now MIA (Bontrager Pro quick cleat small) and the zipper part opened from the zipper's non-mechanism (stitched) side and all my tools dump out again, but recovered most of them...whew (Topeak Aero wedge small). The roll-up style is new to me, It's been on a few good rough wet/muddy rides and seems solid. The 'but' and '4.5' is because I was surprised Ortlieb, who's a great company, used cheap steel bolts for the mount instead of spending 18 cents more and using stainless (my pet peeve). I tossed those bolts and put some old ss on instead. Kinda wish the bag had a strap that went around the seatpost. That being said, I'm gonna buy one for my gf anyways without a long enough vetting time. Fingers crossed.

Excellent bag!

Replaced an old bag that was a pain to put on/ take off with straps. This just snaps on and off very easily. Was afraid this might be too small, but holds everything the bulkier one did, (2 co2 cartridges, tube, tire irons and nitrile gloves). Could hold more, but that is all I need. Position is higher and back further on saddle, so no more rubbing on legs!

Great Bag

The Micro Two seat bag is built tough and well made. I have only used it a couple of times so durability is not confirmed but anticipate no problems. I'm using it on my gravel bike and it mounted up easily and securely. It is small, but holds my 700x40 tube and other items without problem.

Detaches and disappears!

I thought I loved this bag, but eight months into daily use and it popped off its mount mid-ride. It is long gone now, and with it about $100 of patch kit supplies. Don’t get this and risk it, buy a bag that more surely attaches to your bike. I have reached out to Ortlieb but doubt I’ll be satisfied (I don’t want a new bag, I want my tools back).

Great Product but Not Universal Fit

This is a well-made product with a sturdy and easy-to-use attachment system. I really liked it, but after my first ride on a new bike I had to adjust my seat forward a bit, and the mounting bracket limited that forward movement. The bars on the bottom of my seat widen towards the rear, and the bracket didn't reach.

Super sturdy on the dropper

It's just big enough to hold some tools, a patch kit, a snack or two, and my keys. It also works well with my dropper post which is really great so I don't have to wear a pack for everything.
