Lightweight fabric, perfect length
Fabric is terrific - lightweight, perfect for day hikes and the tie makes it feminine and flattering. The length is perfect too. Not too long, not too short. Two drawbacks for me: the shoulder seam is odd, I wish the seam actually sat on my shoulder, but the seams are halfway down my bicep. I am not a big fan of dropped shoulder seams. The other drawback for me is the neckline. The scoop neckline is a bit too low and very rounded, and I prefer a neckline closer to my neck, especially during summer months when I want to wear items that keep me cool, but also cover me up too.
