Best "personal item" backpack ever!!

I bought this backpack for a short weekend trip. I'm going to explain the things I packed that I remember :) I packed the following: 3 shirts 2 pants a pair of Dr. Martens Undergarments for women (multiple in the little zipper) 3 pairs of socks hygiene bag makeup bag A point-and-shoot camera A small container for food Portable charger iPad Two pairs of sunglasses A mini shoulder bag Overall, I had the slightest issue with frontier airlines but I was able to fit it under their sucky seats. It fits perfectly for American Airlines. It fits perfectly on my back as well. I use a D-ring to hold my water bottle and a clip to hold my AirPods.

I am returning this backpack because the zippers do not work smoothly. The zipper stuck in several places. I couldn't get the backpack to open completely.

Allpa 28L

Going overseas soon and needed a travel bag that was light weight, carry on capable, and just enuff storage for traveling. After reviewing multiple brands and diff styles, I decided on the Allpa 28L. I like the split open luggage style, and it's compartments and the multiple ways to carry it. Durability and quality of this product is pretty good, and I understand why the price range. Also, it's made from my homeland the Philippines! Gotta support my locals. Overall, can't wait to use the pack and give a further travel review later on!

Allpa 28L Travel Pack

My favorite backpack of all time! I bought it for a 3 week trip to Italy and it was perfect. I didn’t want to lug around a suitcase but I still wanted something that opened up all the way. This bag does just that! It opens like a suitcase and had multiple storage compartments with mesh zip coverings. I fit 2 weeks worth of clothes into it and still had room for my iPad, Kindle, and all of the necessities for a flight (airpods, journal, sleeping mask, medication, and more!) I also love the colors so much (I got Raspberry) so it’s easy to spot MY backpack. I also bought the packing cubes (comes with 3) that fit perfectly inside with plenty of room for other things! The backpack has hip straps and load lifters, perfect for long walks without the back pain! The straps also can be put inside the back part of the backpack, to make it into a duffle for easy grabs in an overhead bin. I was also able to rest it on top of my suitcase using the hip straps and load lifters (perfect for when tired) and it didn’t move around or fall off like some other backpacks would do! Overall best backpack for travel!!

Best backpack for Travel

I've ordered the Allpa 28L and head to Japan for 2 weeks. The purpose of this backpack is to go out with me daily so I have place to temporary store my souvenirs and things that I bought during my trip, leaving me with free hands. But the most important thing for this bag is the color. I need something to go with my lovely royal blue long coat. I need to travel in style as I'll be in pictures and don't wanna look bad. This bag fits my need perfectly and don't think I can find a better bag that goes that well with my coat! Lovely! Very satisfied!

Skeptic Approved! Great Size for Smaller Bodies.

This is the BEST travel purchase I’ve ever made. I’m generally a biz traveler that needs dress clothes etc so I use large luggage and was not interested in backpacking at all. But I am now bicoastal back and forth regularly and wanted to have more dexterity in and out of airports for quick casual trips. So I decided to give this a whirl and am so glad I did! I went back and forth on which size pack to order. I am 5’3”, 140lbs and this bag fits perfectly when heavily loaded. I think the 35L would be too heavy/bulky for me but do wish I had a tad more room so my fiancée is going to get one and I’ll see how that feels when I try to wear it. I have taken this pack to South Africa for two weeks as my personal item paired with a carry-on size roller bag. And I just used it solo for a 5 day trip to San Diego. I also have the coordinating HIP PACK which is super roomy. The two together are all you really need for a week. Heading next to Tulum for a week vaca with just these two items. Highly recommend!

I live out of this bag!

I travel a lot as a digital nomad, and I hate paying baggage fees. My goal was to get the biggest "personal item" sized bag I could find. This one is small enough to fit under budget airline seats, but big enough to carry all my essentials for at least a month, if not longer. The inclusion of padded shoulder straps and waist / chest straps is essential to help balance weight and wear it comfortably. A lot of smaller bags don’t have them, but this one does, and it definitely makes a difference. Items that don't fit inside can easily clip to one of the outside loops. The padded laptop sleeve is great. The only thing I wish this bag had were compression straps.

Great Backpack

This backpack was just what I needed for my week long trip of hiking. I was not backpacking, so when I hiked, I used this to carry things I would need on my hike for that day. It carried my water bottle, jacket, gloves, and hat as well as my wife's items all with not feeling heavy on my back. I got quite a few compliments on the trail about the look of this backpack. I really like that it has built in packing cubes because it makes everything super easy to organize.

My first Cotopaxi product...I love it!

This is the first product I've ever purchased from Cotopaxi, and I can say with 100% certainty that I will absolutely be coming back for more. The 28L Allpa is perfect! The construction of the bag alone is stellar, and I love the various details put into everything from the zipper pulls to the rain cover. This will be perfect for underseat carry-on luggage or roadtrips with the family. I can't wait to begin expanding my gear collection with Cotopaxi.

Very happy with my Cotopaxi

I’m very happy with my purchase! I needed a carry on for my trip to Cancun but decided to get this travel pack as it is easier to carry and it’s so pretty!! The backpack is very spacious, I love the color details and I will definitely use it for future trips. It surprised me that it is a little bigger than I expected but I’m a 5’3 gal so I guess everything will look bigger on me. I would definitely recommend it!!

Best Travel Pack

I bought this pack for a 17 day trip to South America (Brazil, Argentina,Peru). It was the only bag I brought and it worked out perfectly. If you're a light packet like I am this is a great bag. I fit two pants, two shorts, 5 shirts, 10 pairs of socks and 10 pairs of boxers in this pack in addition to small electronics (phone, auxillary charger, headphones). This is definitely my go to for traveling now.
