A sports bra I can stand!
This bra is comfortable and functional, and best of all—flattering! I have trouble with most sports bras because the fabric bothers me. It's a very princess-and-the-pea problem, I guess, but at any rate I usually want to tear them off after an hour or so. Some fabric seems to irritate my skin (actual red marks), and bras with huge amounts of compression can give/exacerbate my headaches (which, tbf, I get a lot of anyway). This bra I can stand for at least half a day. It's super functional, and again, very attractive on. I'd describe it as lifting and separating. For size reference, I'm a petite person but also on the busty side, a 32D. I wear a Medium in this bra. Usually I'd be a Small.
the BEST bra but needs better elastic
This is my favorite bra - I have four of these. Most sports bras smush my girls, but this bra supports them perfectly. I'm a 32b and the XS fits great. The SAD problem that I hope the company will fix is that, over time, the elastic in the bra gets looser and looser so that now my oldest one just hangs on my shoulders because its so stretched out. :(( Maybe hand washing would help? But that's a pain. Anyway - would recommend but heads up about the elastic.
Comfy, well-made bra
This bra is so soft and comfortable! I wash with cold water and hang dry, like with many items, to keep in good condition. I think it is best to try on in the store for sizing. My only *small complaint about the bra itself is the bra band (around ribs) gets (very) slightly loose/stretched if you wear more than once without washing. But I have narrow ribs and wider shoulders which makes the fit challenging. This bra fits me much better than any other and I love the V-neck style. It is very $$$ and never on sale, so I hope to keep my one bra lasting for a long time!
inconsistent stretch, but the good one is perfect
I tried on the "stellar blue heather" color at my local store. It was astonishingly comfortable - super soft fabric, easy to get on & off, gentle support. It's my favorite low-impact bra by far, and also makes an awesome lounge bra. I loved it so much I went online and ordered a second one in the "silver mist" color. The fabric was much less soft and stretchy. It was a little hard to pull on and, once it was in place, I felt a bit constricted. I returned the second one. But I still give it 4 stars because the first one is incredible.
Disappointed
I recently purchased the Space Dye leggings, and absolutely love them. I’ve been searching for a comfortable bra, and from the reviews I read of the Lift Your Spirits bra, it sounded like it fit the bill. I’m 4’11”, 96 lbs, and am an A - AA cup. Based on the reviews I ordered the XXS. Unfortunately, I removed the tags prematurely. Halfway through the first day I wore it, it felt terribly confining, and bulky. Not at all what I expected. Second day I removed the cups, hoping that would help. It didn’t. It is terribly tight, short, and totally flattens my chest - even worse than some of the sports bras I’ve been wearing. Very expensive mistake.
XL didn’t fit on my frame! Uncomfortable!
I bought an XL which I couldn’t even get on! I spent minutes trying to get this over my frame. The material had no give to it. After minutes I managed to get this bra on and it was digging into me. The cups covered about a third of each breast. I am a curvy woman, so I suppose these bras are really not made for curves at all. But also again, it didn’t even fit over my skeletal structure.
Surprising amount of support
I really like this sports bra, it provides a good amount of support even though it says it's for yoga (I'm curvy with 38C/36D). I usually assume that if a sports bra is for yoga it means there's less support, but it does a good job of keeping everything in place when running which is what I mostly use it for. One thing is that it does show cleavage (and pushes in and up), so if you want to wear it on its own without a shirt keep that in mind. Purple color is great too
Not for the big boobed
I like this for a lot when I first put it on. It is really soft and at first looks really flattering. But as soon as I start doing anything, my boobs start popping out. I really wish someone would make a comfy bras like this. That allows movement without dropping the girls for those of us above a DD. (my normal bra size is 32G. I don’t want heavy support but it seems in order to get a bra that fits. I have to have something super supportive. All of the bralettes have too big of bands combined with too small of cups.)
Perfect Bra
So soft, so supportive. At a 34B I use this for Peloton rides, yoga, and even jogs, but I also wear it on weekends under sweats cause it's so soft an comfy. I bought a second because I love the first so much. I am 34B and got the S.

Love this bra! Absolutely such a comfortable fit and material. The girls feel supported without feeling like I’m wearing a bulky bra. If it weren’t as expensive I’d buy 10 more! I ordered size S!
