Sleeve length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.
If your measurements are between 2 sizes, choose the smaller size if you want it more tight/slim or choose the bigger size for more freedom of movement.

Comfy but missing some key details
Pros: 1. Nice fleecy lined collar 2. Great mesh inside pockets 3. Good reflective striping. 4. Zip off sleeves seem useful (hasn't been warm enough yet to try them) 5. Fits about as expected. Neutral: Sleeves are really long. That's good on a bike with an aggressive geometry, but even then, there's extra! Cons: 1.The zipper pulls are really small. If it's cool enough to need a jacket like this, you're probably wearing gloves with fingers and it's hard to grab the zipper to vent once you warm up or the sun comes out. 2. The rear pockets have really small tops! I can barely reach my fingers into the side ones to get things that slide to the bottom, especially if I'm on the bike. Once I'm stationary it's easier but I shouldn't have to do that to get things out of a cycling jacket. 3. I have curvy hips so I ordered a size up to try to fit over my hips, and the medium just fits, but I have to carry things in the back pockets to keep the jacket down. There isn't a gripper strip at the bottom of the jacket which is so important for curvy riders like me!
