I have always used my road shows on the trail so this was my first pair of trail ruuning shoes. I love them. They are light but durable. They make it easy to go fast and still very in control. They have great grip and are very comfortable. I currently run on the road in the Asic RoadHawk FF, the Men's 910v4 are a little wider in the toe box which is nice for the trail but not too wide where I feel like they are clunky. I wear a 10.5 in Asics and the 10.5 fits great in the New Balance. These run true to size, I would not size up on these shoes.
The material just above the sole which makes contact with the toes of the feet is made of hard rubber or plastic that creates friction and heat when running causing blisters on the small toe of each foot. Shoe is otherwise very comfortable to run with
Very comfy with wide sizes and perfect for weekend park trail walkers and legit trail runners
I bought a pair of these shoes here in Maine. The home of New Balance. They are the best trail shoes I have run in, and I run in all sorts of terrain. Best feature is the toe box being wide, allows my feet to stretch and move with trails. The treds are very grippy and I love the fact they stay dry. Great shoes. Will buy another pair.
