Great smaller pack...

Recently used this on a 12 day trip to Greece and Italy and was very pleased with the purchase. Inside pouch helped keep the little things organized and the overall size of the pack is perfect for day trips. My ipad fit along with headphones, a rain jacket, snacks, etc... I even used it as my carry on while on the plane. Only thing it misses is a chest strap to hold the shoulder straps from separating too far. I improvised a small clip and small strap I had to do the job and it worked out very well. Water bottle slot was handy as well.

Useful bag!

I bought this for an upcoming trip, and so haven’t used it on a long trip, but have used it day to day a few times a week. I am surprised by how roomy it is. It fit my 2012 MB Pro computer (quite larger than current models). I liked the ability to hold it as a tote bag, it is a bit awkward to carry that way for a while, but will be helpful when you need the flexibility, or if (like in my case) if youre using the item as a personal item for an airline that counts backpacks as too big for carry ons. I got it in all black and think that the tote configuration will make it a good work bag while I’m away as well.

Nice little bag!

I really like this bag, it's perfect for just toting around a few things. I would have given it 5 stars, but I didn't because the bag doesn't support the weight of water bottles very well unless the bag is stuffed full (collapses in on itself). There are two water bottle pockets on this tiny little pack, which is overkill for the size. They work better for holding a notepad, or a pack of tissues.

Love love love!

I bought this bag several weeks ago to replace a slightly larger (and much more expensive) bag that I use to take to and from work. It’s been amazing so far! I don’t often take my laptop to work, but when I do it fits just fine as long as I don’t use both water bottle side pockets at the same time (11” MBA). While I purchased this bag for it’s function over style I certainly have received quite a many compliments on its appearance. I am very happy with it so far. I purchased the medium size at the same time with hopes to use it as an urban grocery hauler, unfortunately I find the medium size just a bit too small for said purposes and a bit too large for daily carry (though it is useful for small farmers market trips). If you’re looking for a commuting or day adventure bag to just carry a few items, an extra layer, and a water bottle or two look no further than the urban hauler small!

Good Bag

I’m not allowed backpacks at work, so the convertible feature of this bag made it perfect. It holds a lot, but on the flipside, it’s a bit too deep with no real structure. Sometimes I find myself searching for things. There is a zippered pocket inside, which is helpful. I don’t find the outer pockets ideal for water, so I don’t use them. Overall, it’s a good bag.

Simple and Durable.

When purchasing i was a littlw skeptical of the quality due to the price, but i was wrong. it has 3 pockets in the front of the bag. inside the bag one deep pocket. also inside a small hanging pocket for wallets/ little neccesities youd like to keep safely tucked away. perfect for a little day pack. looks good for a backpack, made from a good material.

awesome size for a grab and go bag

This is my 3rd Urban Hauler. I also have the larger one and another small one. I have traveled with both sizes and love them for their size and how sturdy they are. Very light weight, and wash up well. My husband and I have used them from fishing, to hiking around Hawaii. One of the best bags I have gotten.

I love that this goes from backpack to bag

I love the features of this bag/backpack. It is sturdy and can hold lots of items. It is great that I can use it as a grocery/shopping bag as well as a travel carry-on backpack. I do wish that the Urban Hauler had a zip pocket in the front sleeve...on the size of a passport.

great daycare bag

fits 5 narrow infant bottles in outside pockets with plenty of space inside for extra clothes, blanket, stuffy, swimsuit, and towel. Exactly what I needed and at the closeout price was a great value for the build quality.

Perfect for traveling

I bought this specifically for an overseas trip. It was big enough to hold a raincoat or sweater as well as camera, phone, water and wallet. Drawstring closure provided security. Front pocket made for quick access.
