Best dropper for your money (period)
These droppers will save you some serious cash (and headaches) compared to some of the other droppers on the market. I've used KS and Rock Shox, to me these (PNW) are as good, or better ... The decision is a no-brainer, for your next dropper post or to upgrade try these puppies out, you won't regret it, I certainly don't ...
Solid, smooth, burly dropper post
this post is solid, smooth, Burley and works very nicely. I have used Fox and RockShox in the past for dropper posts, and this post is easily, and every bit, as nice as those posts. I definitely like this post more than the Fox and the RockShox. the external mounting system on this post is definitely nicer than the Fox as it is protected from the elements and clean. And it is much better than the RockShox as there isn't the cable going up and down with the seat. It is very smooth and actuation, the infinite adjust works just fine, the post is rock solid, and simply works as a dropper post should. I got the collar mount version, the Cascade. It was extremely easy to mount to the bike. adjustment was very easy. So far, 10/10.
Excellent dropper for the money!
I'd been wanting to add a dropper to my single speed hardtail (Santa Cruz Highball) to make it a more versatile alternative to my trail bike (Santa Cruz Hightower). But after a horrible experience with 2 different expensive rockshox reverbs, and an 'ok' experience with a KS Lev, I was hesitant to spend the cash. After reading a few reviews on this post and its cousin - the Brand-X Cascade, I decided to give it a try. I have been THRILLED with the performance and reliability. Installation was a breeze, the action is very solid and consistent, and the actuator lever super smooth.
Hooked on dropper
I have been a big naysayer regarding dropper posts. Too complicated for single speed! Not any more! Works great and simple install. Mine is the 31.6 post
Great Dropper
A great piece of gear for the price! Works as a dropper should, smooth and solid. My only knock is on the trigger it comes with. I would have paid a bit extra to get a proper thumb trigger.
