No chafing, very comfortable way to carry lots of fluids on a run. I love that the straps can be moved for a perfect fit. I was worried about a unisex pack fitting me properly but it’s awesome. I adjusted the straps so that the vest fit as kind of a second sports bra. Perfect. A fantastic price for a great vest.
